這裏的環境服務非常得好，非常值得推薦！房間非常的乾淨、安靜，洗完澡躺在床上看電影好舒服，讓人感覺很輕鬆舒適，經理也非常的熱情！房間裏面還貼心的備了旅遊攻略，早餐還非常的豐富，下次再來我還會選擇這裏！！！

酒店很貼心，入住的時候提前打電話到前台説多送兩瓶水到房間，沒想到送了4瓶還送了兩盒牛奶，服務很貼心，給點個大大的贊，贈送的早餐品種也很多很豐富，下次來三江還是會選擇這家店👍👍

酒店整體挺好的，對面就是景區入口，旁邊300米也是一個免費景區，整體住的挺舒服，就是窗户不能完全關閉，最近正好降温，有點冷也有些吵。

衞生間很臭的，地毯臟兮兮的，周邊還方便的，離鼓樓鳥巢都近，停車也都方便，夜景蠻好看的，有侗族的地方特色。

什麼都好，就是早餐開餐不準時，説7點開餐，去了還沒開門，反應給前台，7:10開門，但沒有食物，等到7:30左右陸續上食物，耽誤了我們去加榜梯田1小時，梯田下午2-5修路每一小時放行15分鐘，如沒有耽誤這一小時，2小時遊玩後正好能趕上2點前出景區。火車飛機的不推薦

一進酒店，前台工作人員就笑臉相迎，迅速辦理入住，還貼心送上當地遊玩攻略，好感拉滿。房間比照片還驚艷，採光一流，陳設精緻，床又大又舒服，睡一覺疲憊全無；空調靜音製冷制熱都快，衞生間乾淨無異味，洗浴用品品質上乘。
