When I walked into the room, I found that the sheets and pillowcases were stained. I called the front desk to ask someone to change it. I didn't see it after I made two calls. In the evening, I told the front desk to say it was dirty by ourselves. After serving, the attitude is really good. Not good

，這次簡直顛覆了我對這間賓館所有美好的認知，一走近前台，一個黑頭黑麪的女性公民就對炸過來一句話:有預訂嗎？我愣了大概10秒鐘，就回答到:您是在跟我説話嗎？對方:現在這裏就我們倆人，不對你説對誰説？我:您能不能有點禮貌呀，男的先生女的女士，有個稱呼吧，或者一句你好可以嗎？沒理我，我趕緊遞上身份證説:我是在攜程預訂的，這是我的證件。她一把接過，低頭辦手續，辦完把身份證和房卡放櫃枱上説:4樓。再沒多説一個字！我就調侃了一下:我是攜程的較資深的會員哦，我的評論還是有用的喲。對方扔過來一句話:沒事，你隨便吧。以上是2023年12月23日18點05分在這裏開房所遭遇的全過程，以前一直覺得這裏的服務很好的，現在看來，唉，不説了。
