The resort was absolutely amazing!! The town is really husting to restore it as well. But the location of the resort is awful for traffic. 4 miles took us nearly 2hrs one day. We could have walked faster. But the resort itself was awesome. Staff was amazing. Beds werw co comfortable. Amenities were top notch. All in all we would stay again.

You can’t check in until 4:00pm. You have to check out by 11:00 am. There were no exceptions. We had just one night there before traveling out of RSW airport. There was no time for the beach, literally. I knew there was a resort fee, then they slipped in a 38.09 valet fee. Oh, there was no alternative place to self park. Most of the staff was very pleasant as these fees are not their fault. But I don’t have to go back.

Very friendly and efficient staff... excellent experience...only complaint is for the money I spent I could not get a spot at the pool because of the volume of people they allow to swim for the day without being a guest and I was really looking forward to my pool time...

For 1.5 years out from a major hurricane, I felt it was a great experience. On site, everything was wonderful. The food at the restaurants was kind of average and the coffee shop a tad expensive. The pool was huge and fun, but know that it is only 4ft deep max at any point. They have a DJ all day, which we liked, but some may not. Our room was great, on the 4th floor with an ocean view. Some rooms face directly out to the bar area, so you might want to ask for that, or not, depending on your preference. The hotel is right at the beach. The valets were working their tails off and polite and helpful. The attendants were watchful and you felt safe. There are about 5 restaurants you can walk to and a couple of shops. We liked the Yucatán. For anything else you need a car. They are still very much recovering in the area, so keep that in mind.

I had a great time. I wish they would have had more restaurant options. 3 places served almost the same food. Pool was very large but had a hard time getting chairs due to the fact they let outsiders in and that made it difficult for people staying at the resort. different system needs to be worked out. Chairs had numbers on them so guests should have been able to reserve them first. if they missed their time in the morning then the chair is given up.

It’s still getting back to things after the hurricane two years ago. But it’s trying. Slowly but surely. The resort is really the only thing good right now in this area

Great new property right on the beach in Fort Myers. The pool area is really nice and the hotel was clean and relaxing. Nice vibe on the elevated outdoor area. The resort recently opened and they need to work on improving the food quality, choice, and service.

It was a beautiful property and extremely clean. Lots of dining options. The pool was gorgeous. The prices are outrageous. Everything is much too expensive.

The service is either a hit or miss depending on the person working. The fire alarm went off in the middle of the night, once out of the building there was no direction where to go and no explanation what happened. They didn’t honor our email with no resort fees or commentary beach chairs at the time of check in. The hotel said the email was misleading and not specific with the dates, so our bill was more than we expected.
