入住感受超乎預期，酒店設施完善，服務熱情，好評
首先：
服務：服務態度很好，熱情大方，彬彬有禮。
設備：設備也還是很好的，中途因為設備，一點小瑕疵，完全可以因為服務態度彌補。
環境：環境優美，採光視野很好，坐在窗户邊喝酒看夜景還是很愜意的。
衞生：衞生我特意看了，很多酒店衞生的確很差。但他們家完全可以認可。

酒店在比較幽靜的金燕大街邊上，就是我們到時正趕上這條街施工，從小區另一端進來的，酒店稍顯老舊，結果我們快離開時酒店又開始裝修，希望房間裝飾能清雅些，現在的樣子有點土。前台帶眼鏡的劉先生服務很周到（主動幫忙把取電卡送上樓），素質高，感謝。其他遇到的服務人員也都很好。

值得表揚，出門入住維也納！
很好很好，服務員幫忙拿行李，送水什麼的，真挺好，停車也幫你提前引導車位，下雨提醒酒店有傘。
