客棧位置在桑植火車站和九天洞景區之間，交通便利。門面看着不怎麼樣（因為一樓是個超市），但設施在民宿裏算是很好的，有電梯，七樓有很大的曬台，晾衣服很方便。被褥柔軟乾淨，一客一換。衞生間比較大，熱水充足。99元的豪華大床房，性價比高。走的時候替我叫了車，又幫忙把行李放到車上，服務態度不錯。有三個地方還需要改進，第一是我到的時候，給了502房間，推門一看，還未打掃，衹好回到前台換402房間。這樣上樓下樓又上樓一折騰，感覺很不好，很累（旅遊一天，體力是“強弩之末”了），這個小問題顯示了前台和房務人員交流不暢。第二是下午五點多停電，到七點多才來電，中間近兩個小時，熱得不行。第三是早上八點半要走的時候，電梯不能運行，而且發出隆隆怪響，嚇得不輕，店方解釋是在檢查電梯，檢查電梯是為了安全，這是好的，但應該在早上六點半之前檢查完畢。總之，設施還是不錯的，服務還要跟進。

房間感覺很久未搞衞生了，有點臟，水壺裡麪還有以前未喝完的水，甚至有個蒼蠅泡在裏面，電視看不了，本人比較怕熱，所以覺得空調效果不是很好，在酒店內點不了餓了麼和**，配送範圍太遠。不過服務態度還好。
