從入住到離店，每個環節都讓人舒適和貼心。房間寬敞明亮，床鋪柔軟舒適，服務一流，讓人有種賓至如歸的感覺。酒店前台安排服務員幫我洗衣並烘乾服務，太感動人啦！這樣好的酒店，下次還會選擇這裏！

從張家界返回途經桑植入住該酒店，酒店中式裝修，房間大，還擺放了植物，單人沙發，潔具衞具還可以，早餐是自助餐豐富，餐廳中晚還可以點餐，有獨立的停車場，車位充足，挺方便的，以後還會選擇的。洗澡間的密封有點差，水外溢，希望改進。

在湘西的縣城，這個價位的房間還是可以的，不好不壞吧。設施衞生環境和服務是不能和大城市比的。停車方便是優點。
