Me and my wife stayed in this hotel for 2 nights (19th and 20th October 2022). The service, ambience and cleanliness is superb. We stayed in room no.308 which was very clean and well equipped. The only problem is all the double rooms I saw, were crammed and there is no place to move. All the staff were very courteous and polite. There is a facility to get your car externally washed at about Rs.100 per day subject to staff availability. The Kapi1tal Restaurant serves very good and tasty veg and Non veg food BUT the dishes are very expensive compared to Sangli standards. Quantity of the dishes was okay. Not less. It will be great if they make all the dishes reasonably priced. The complimentary breakfast is having a good spread. The room tarriff including G.S.T. and after discount is value for money as per Sangli standards Very strategically located too. I would like to give 4 out of 5 for this hotel. I wish the hotel and its staff All the best Kedar Marathe Bangalore.

The krishna international hotel's location is in very known area, and its very easy to find, connectivity is very good and the centre loaction of the city. The hotel staff was very helpful l and full-fill our requirement, go through with hygiene is very appreciable and good. We wont take food there but we ordered morning tea is really nice

Good restaurant but little bit expensive. They should include free breakfast service in their basic night stay. If you include breakfast in your stay, then its cost goes more. Rooms are cleaned and maintained properly. Near to station and sangli bus stop.

The hotel was nice, the rooms well appointed. The hygiene was good and the staff friendly. All in all, a good experience and value for money. The one disappointment was at the breakfast table where options were not s pelt out clearly and service was a trifle slow. All in all a good experience, would definitely recommend it.

Room very spacious but no tea or coffee , except for soap no toiletries. Towel so hard , that you can use to scratch your back or remove old skin. Mattress so hard that you will bounce off it and talking of pillows , you wont realise that your head is resting on pillow or bed . The cook from dinning hall needs retraining . Had a 2 day stay everything seemed good but they needed to work in cleaning their washroom, it's really dirty. As per service art i has a very welcoming nature and often smiles. Sahil needs to smile while attending the guests. It seems the owner has neglected this major aspect of business. Just a word of advice. Please keep a camera at the reception and if you already have it please check his attitude. This is a customer service industry and smiling will go a long way. Please keep on smiling arti.
