Lovely hotel , room was clean I just wish we had separate rooms from the kids. Staff at the hotel were super friendly and great with the kids. Beach was really nice and the sea was so warm and clear. We really enjoyed this holiday as a family of 4 and it was our first time in Tunisia and we were impressed. We would come back to this hotel however we like to try different areas but I won’t say never to coming back as we did enjoy our time here. Food was ok but I think with most all inclusive it can get a little monotonous after a week however there was an amazing cafe just outside the hotel that served amazing food and shakes so I’d recommend there if you wanted to break it up a little.

Wonderful animators, beautiful gardens that are taken care of daily by gardeners, a charming hotel right on the beach, delicious food. For us, everything is a plus. We will definitely come back here.

The reception staff is polite but not really pleasant. Clearly they are not of much use because to each of my requests they told me that they could not do anything. The room was spacious but clearly not at the level of a 4 star hotel. The air conditioning did not work and it was not even possible to have a simple fan. The cleaning staff, the restaurant servers and the entertainers are really good, always smiling. The pool is good. The gym could do with a little investment. The machines do not all work and are worn by the years (they must be at least 20 years old). The food at the all-inclusive buffet is varied but rarely good. I had to go to an outside restaurant to finally taste good merguez sausages. They should reduce the selection a little and improve the quality. For activities it is better to take them outside the hotel. It will cost you much less for the same thing or even better. I do not think I will return to this hotel complex

L'hôtel est atypique, spacieux, les jardins sont très agréables. Le personnel est bienveillant et attentif à nos besoins, pour rendre plaisant notre séjour. Le ménage dans les chambre est superficiel...dommage. Le couchage un peu dur. La nourriture est diversifiée, il y en a pour tous les goûts. L'équipe d'animation est sympathique, les activités sportives sont multiples. Un séjour très agréable, reposant dans la bonne humeur !!!!

Excellent séjour. Très bien reçu. J'ai noté le professionnalisme de l'ensemble des serveurs. Surtout à la Grotte. Malgré le volume de travail, ils sont toujours souriant. Très beau buffet.😋 Les chambres sont très bien entretenues. Attention à la climatisation qui peut dysfonctionner parfois. Il suffit d'informer la réception qui vous envoie très rapidement le service technique.👍 Merci à toute l'équipe d'animation, youyou, Lili, joni, James, mimi...ils sont formidables.🫶 Piscine très bien entretenue et très bien surveillé. Merci à Momo pour sa vigilance, son professionnalisme et surtout sa gentillesse.🌸☀️😎🫶 Pour tout cela nous avons prolongé le séjour. On reviendra, réservation faite.

Hotel fabuleux. Personnel accueillant et chaleureux , toujours à l écoute de ces clients. Restauration varié ,animation excellente. Piscine propre .chambres propres. Les restaurant :la grotte, le pêcheur et le tunisien offrent un large choix de repas La piscine thermale est magnifique. Bonjour nous avons séjourné 3 jours dans cet hôtel et nous avons été enchantés de l accueil , de la propreté, de la gentillesse du personnel. Mais nous tenons particulièrement remercier le personnel du restaurant Poseidon . Nous avons reçu en excellent accueil . Notre serveur Walid et le chef cuisinier en particulier . Nous avons dîner samedi soir , la brick au thon parfaite ainsi que l oja merguez et les crevettes kerkenaises . Le cadre de ce restaurant est juste magnifique de jour comme de nuit . Merci beaucoup.
