We were really satisfied with this hotel. The location of the hotel is by the sea. The rooms were cleaned every day and the cleaness was OK. The foods was great. They always served some Tunisian specialities during lunch and dinner. I really like the attitude of the boss of the waiters who would always provide us the hot water for the baby formula we brought ourselves. The hotel has a corner for the kids and the animation lady Lily was great. All in all, we were very satisfied.

The hotel's services were well below the offer of other hotels of a similar classification. The staff was lazy, bored and spoke English at the level of a 1 year old child. After several attempt needed to get anything done. I have never felt so bad during our vacation. There was no mini fridge indicated on the website of the travel agency and they brought one for a separate fee. In return, for the very high all-inclusive price, we received poor food and cheap drinks. It was a huge mass disaster and apparently they couldn't handle it. Not only this hotel, I do not recommend any arabian hotel to anyone and I will certainly never go to Tunisia or Egypt again. The inhospitable employees did a lot to spoil our mood for life.

The hotel is right I would reccomend to every one. Food is good and the service is almost perfect, this trip included a lot of animation activities, so you will experience a lot of fun with them. We played Volleyball and football and they did lot of pool activities. After dinner u can come and watch them dance or sing and then join them too. Thank you Nyno.

I recently returned from a week's stay with my family at Zita Beach Hotel. I think the animators really do a great job and are the best I've ever met. They organize time for the guests from early morning until night - water polo, aquagym, dance lessons, archery, volleyball and many more. In the evening there were dances for the youngest, then the animators encouraged the guests to have fun together and finally gave phenomenal performances - Latin dances, sketches and others. The animators in this hotel are really great people 🫶🏼

Wrażenia z 10-dniowego pobytu all-inclusive w czerwcu 2024.

Hotel Zita Beach is a large hotel with beautiful large rooms. Located in a beautiful garden, right next to the sandy beach. The room were very clean, cleaned every day, towels were changed every day and cosmetics were provided in bathroom every day. The hotel grounds are vast with beautiful plants, palms trees, flowers and beautiful sunflowers. The food was very varied and tasty. The hotel service was very nice, always smiling and helpful. I recomended the services at the SPA, especially massages. I will come back to this hotel, becouse it was wonderful two weeks.

Zita Beach Resort is a magical place. Great and friendly service. The hotel deserves 5 stars. Food very good. The hotel is really top notch. They are all very professional. The animators are very nice and organize a lot of different games. Every evening, the animators organize cabarets and shows. Rooms very clean. I will definitely go back there. Relaxation and rest guaranteed. Large spacious pools. The entire resort is decorated with beautiful flowers.I miss you already behind this place. I highly recommend this place to everyone.🇹🇷

Where to start... We are a couple, travelling with a toddler (2yrs). For the last 15 years we traveled around the world and seen a lot. To describe this hotel with one word: SAD. - we needed a baby bed and we got one without a matress. We made a matres out of two folded blankets. - breakfast is the most dissapointing thing we ever saw. The bread is so old it's unedible. Week old baguettes and that's it. Nothing else. If you are lucky there is some toast that is a little softer and easier to chew on. Flies everywhere, some fruit and brown water instead od coffee. - lunch and dinner is OK. Better than breakfast. Many varieties to choose from and the food is tasty. - pool seems clean and well maintained. - there is no minibar in the room and you have to pay if you want them to bring you the refrigerator to the room... - no hairdryer - no waterheater (mind if you have a baby on the formula! ) - you have to pay for sunbeds on the hotel beach and yes it is a private beach... - staff barely speaks any english - no WI-FI in the room (in 2023) - there is enough drinking water, free of charge. You can get free bottles at the bar. - the thing that bothered me the most is that people "make reservations" on sunbeds by the pool. They put a towel over 3 or 4 sunbeds before the breakfast and they aren't even by the pool for half a day. We usually came to the pool after the breakfast and all sunbeds were taken and people weren't even there!!! Same thing happening at the lunch or dinner time. People put books or water bottle on the table and they did not even eat! Half of tables were "reserved" with books on them and people did not even eat for the next hour! And the staff even guards this tables instead of making a room for people that wants to seat and eat now! We have never ever seen something like that! - snacks after lunch are pancakes and pizza. They have one working owen and one plate to bake pancakes on for the whole hotel. Imagine the line ... - if you take hotel beach towel you have to pay 10€ deposit per each. Ok, but this towels are 20yrs old, quarter of a size of a regular beach towel and worn down looking like cleaning rags. Bring your own towel... - what is the management of this hotel doing? Blind! How can you not see dirty dirty windows around the lobby, bar and dining area. Plates in the diner? Disgusting. Actually, nothing seemed really clean to me. - the location of this hotel is in the completely residential area. No shops, coffee places or nice evening walks. This is the first hotel we picked in a rush, just seeing the photos and not reading the reviews. What a mistake. We just wanted a short flight, nice hotel and warm sea for our toddler. Never returning to this place again. Not worth it. This is not a 4 star hotel. This is a bad 3 star hotel honestly, and I'm being nice. Avoid it.
