The stay was almost perfect! There was a bad smell in the room. Unfortunately there were no other rooms available. Other than that, would stay again shall there be better options.

Rooms was very clean. Property was beautiful, staff was very courteous. Check in area had beautiful decor, also games and pool table. We did not eat at the WXYZ restaurant at the property. The Sandy Springs area is very beautiful. We definitely stay again.

Third time not a charm. My third time staying at this location, the first 2 times my incidental deposit was $40. This time it was $100. The front desk person said it was because I went thru a third party to book room. I always go thru a third party when staying there. One of the features of the room is a Marshal MP3 speaker, it's time it was no speaker. I called the front desk to ask for one to brought up to our room, when she came she said" it's one in there already" we told her to come in and take a look. She replied " ok I'll be right. Ack with one" and hour went by and she didn't return, we called the front desk to let them know that no one came back, she then returned with one. And to top it off, we were totally fine when we checked in, after being in the room for a couple of hours we developed sinus issues and congestion with constant sneezing. We woke up this morning with bad congestion and sneezing until left the room and got some fresh air. Hotel was great the first couple of times, but really head experience the third time around.

I do not think this is a kid friendly hotel. The bathroom is not closed in and with two children four and under that is dangerous. The bathroom door didn’t close so I caught my son in the toilet. The shower leaked and that was another dangerous thing.

No issues besides parking. When we returned later in the evening there were no spots available. Had to park in front of the dumpsters (Verified with staff that this was ok since didn't want to get towed) Otherwise facility and staff was great. Thanks.
