Was given first floor because we had 2 kids, but the person they above us was moving g a lot a heavy, had to take my trash to trash room to get towels had to go to Fri t desk.

They need help! My first room was nasty ! Hair in the bed , bathroom counter falling off , recliner scratched up ! I’m like what! I was moved to another room which was a little clearer! And the hallway smells so badly and stuffy! My room smelled I went to get a glad plugin to help me out. The location is perfect ! The staff was friendly If they would invest in airing out the hallways and cleaning properly it would be a great location ! The lobby smells great lol!

My room was switched at the last minute, and the air conditioning unit did not work. I reserved the room for two nights, but had to leave after the first not due to uncomfortable circumstances. The staff only compensated me for one day. The staff was defensive when the matter was brought to their attention. Staff should listen and respond professionally.

Warning ⚠️ This place is disgusting!!!! Soon as you walk into the building, it smells like a pack of Marlboro cigarettes... First sign 🛑 to turn around, I was so tired from my ✈️ flight I just wanted to sleep 😴. I should have asked to see the room before checking in. The room was disgusting the carpet was filthy, cigarette burns all over the carpet. Room smell like cigarette ashes and moldy. Some type of fluids all over the bed skirt. The lining on the bed had oil stains on it. The front rep offered me another room. It didn't get better it was worse. I couldn't do it I went to the front counter and asked for a refund. My refund was returned in 3 days.font book this place unless you desperately wanting staph infection.

The lady who checks me in is so pleasant and she remembers who I am! Which feels good and comforting. The bathroom can be a bit better in cleaning I seen some old hair in the bathroom. Other than that I always stay there bc of work.
