The service was pretty good overall. When I checked in, didn’t know I would be in a connecting room. They should let you know that. I stayed for 2 nights. After the 1st night I noticed I was double charged, contacted front desk and he admitted that I should not have been charged twice. Once I checked out I made sure once again and I was told by the same gentleman that I would not be charged, all the extra that was taken from my card would go back. He said give it a few days and if not come back up there….

Excessive fees for breakfast & parking. We didn't check in until after 3AM but desk clerk rudely specified check out is at 11AM

The room is very clean. I like the decoration style of the lobby and restaurant. European style is exquisite and elegant. Parking is very convenient. There are restaurants and gas stations around. The overall stay experience is great!

Enjoyed my time at the hotel. Was not thrilled about the fee for parking and having to hold $100 off my spending money for incidentals, the over all experience was good . It was also nice not to have to check out till 12noon.

We just returned from a baseball tournament and the added on fees are awful, especially when they advertise for pool and it isn't open the entire weekend. The staff was very unaccommodating. We have reached out to corporate for compensation as well.

The heated pool was heated to hot tub temperatures which wasn't good for kids burning off energy playing in the pool.
The hotel was very nice. The room was a bit monochromatic and the ceilings were low in some areas.
Overall the hotel was wonderful. The location was great and the complimentary shuttle to the Battery and Truist Park was great!
