Everything was very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is close to the major attractions in Sandy. The HVAC was very loud at night but other than that, our stay was great.

This was perfect for us. We love the breakfast, We loved Carmen and we loved the pool and hot tub area. Our only suggestion is that the knob is replaced to turn on the hot tub and the jet issue is resolved so one can turn on the jets when you turn on the tub.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast is the best free breakfast of any hotel I've been to in the last few years. The entire hotel is very clean. The jacuzzi was hot. The room was quiet and comfortable. The only thing we didn't like was the pillows, which I realize are personal preference, but if they would supply two different styles in each room to choose from, it would be better.

the unit I stayed was very quite and clean. I book for 3 nights but I checked out the next morning, thank you for the hotel to give us a refund for two nights, everything was great, except the unit was not big enough for us also a little outdated.

Overall clean bathroom could use some work. Toilet has some issues. Constantly was plugging and taking forever to fill the shower head leaked terribly. The heating cooling unit ran constantly as well.

Rooms are spacious, amenity filled and in good working order. Hotel is fully staffed with knowledgeable people. Locations is excellent, near good dining, shopping and is safe.

Need to upgrade the beds in the rooms. Also you could hear the freeway which was about 100 yards away.
