The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was clean and spacious and it’s in a very good location. I will definitely book again.

The room is way too small, no sleepers, no robes, no wardrobes its too expensive for a small room like that you literally paying for a location it’s situated in a good location

Good location if you want shopping. A couple of bars nearby. Good selection of restaurants in the 2 malls very close.
Tea/coffee provided
Small room but very comfortable.

Safe instructions not correct - they didn't match the buttons on the actual safe
Noise from corridoor - incredible, loud, ongoing, either doors opening/closing or people just shouting, talking loudly - i've never come across such ignorance in a hotel.
No bottled water and the bottled water in reception is massively over priced but apparently you can drink the tap water

The room where clean . Breakfast was excellent and the hotel is conveniently situated near Mandela square.
