…abit of an upsetting stay this time round. Check in they didn’t have a key to give, which is a huge security risk. I had to ask continuously. Receptionist & Staff don’t help with suitcases as you check in. towels not refreshed, given less than before. Room aircon doesn’t warm up the room at all. Not enough blankets. It’s super cold. Otherwise convenient and easy to get around from.

I arrived to a fully booked hotel. Was made to wait for hours trying to be checked in. And was forced to make other arrangements that very same evening

The place is nice and clean, staff is friendly and professional. My friend and I enjoyed our stay, very comfortable

The service was very bad i am a very old customer but terrible service this time im really disappointed The beds need to be changed And so do the pillows and sofas aswell as everything has worn out I never expected this i thought it would be better

It was a great stay. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. They go the extra mile to ensure you have a pleasant and comfortable stay. The rooms were very clean and had everything required. The only things not provided were hairdryers and iron, the staff mentioned that those had been stolen in the past and its understandable that they no longer provide those. It was better than the pictures provided online. We stayed in the 3 bedroom which was 2 apartments with interleaving doors. They were very spacious. The rooms and bathrooms appear very luxurious however there are small updates that could really elevate the anesthetic such as the taps were lose on the sinks, areas of paint chipping off walls in the bathrooms, the sofa was a bit old and not very comfortable and the kitchen cupboard doors needed refurbishing. Otherwise excellent stay. I need to especially mention the lady working at the front desk who was extremely helpful in organizing a shuttle for us to the airport.
