amazing staff, amazing food. underwhelmed by the amenities available in the room. however a good hotel for a quick stop.

Horrible experience. Had to change rooms three times. Water couldn't go down and flooded at bathroom. Washing machine had no water supply. All clothes wrinkled and shrank after heat dry. And hotel manager is arrogant and doesnt apologize for bad facility maintenance. Refused the compensation for cloth damage caused by dry run of washing machine. Worst hotel experience!

The room is hygienic and clean, with good lighting and a good location. There is a large supermarket and shopping center next to it. It is equipped with a washing machine, oven, and sofa. The overall accommodation environment feels good.
