There is no hair dryer in the room, need to request if customer want to use it.
I had requested a hair dryer but i didnt get it and i dont want ask again.
Gym can't really use it.
there was no bathmat at all.
I have to buy myself at woolworth.

Hotel's area is really secure. Room is big and clean. Overall design is modern and nice. We had a little kitchen in the room with fridge, oven and stove. But we weren't able to find any pots or pans. Hotel has a lot of facilities in-house, so you don't have to go outside. 8/10

The hotel is very well located. However the person at the check in provided a very poor service. He was almost rude in his demeanor to treat customers. He didn't even provide the wifi information, nor any information in regards to the hotel. The rooms are spacious, yet the coach was very dirty. It was a hassle to close the windows in the rooms as they have poor maintenance and one handle was almost broken. I had a room on the ground floor and the noise was terrible. For the same price or a few dollars more, you can find better hotels in very well-located areas of Johannesburg. I would skip this one on future occasions.
