Great location, quiet and peaceful away from the city noise but still in a convenient area. Great service, very friendly and helpful staff.

Great overnight stay for hubby's birthday. Everything was planned well. They had a nice package which included a massage. We really enjoyed a night out from home and the kids. It was a pity the jacuzzi didn't work, but it was still a good escape!

Best service that I've experienced in a very long time, will definitely be back. The property is very peaceful - lovely gardens with gorgeous sculptures placed in unexpected spots. The staff are all very friendly and helpful - there was never a moment where I felt that something could have been done better. The restaurant was excellent. The Cognac, Champagne and Cigar lounge was a fun surprise. The Camelot Spa is a must.

The hotel is tucked away , you can easily get an Uber or taxi - our booked taxi through the hotel didn’t collect us from the terminal after our overnight flight, not a good start . No hot water in our room , had to change rooms . Stayed for 3 nights only one bath towel on one day , only tiny issues but a pain - food was ok and well presented - we used the small gym , great as we were the only ones in there , but no towels on one of the days

The hotel is really lovely. It’s peaceful, calming & relaxing. It doesn’t feel like you in the city. The only downside is that I had requested for the hotel to assist in doing something special for my loved one’s birthday & I was told it’s an additional fee whereas I’ve been to many highly rated hotels before & we’ve never been asked to pay extra for these things.

The couches and carpets in the rooms, passages and reception / lounge areas need a DEEP CLEANSE. They were very dirty and stained. The curtains as well need a good wash. The doors’ paint and wood is chipping making the hotel look cheap and tacky. Hotel’a standards have really gone down. Loud and roudy guests. Couldn’t sleep. I will never return to this hotel. Pity because stayed there in 2021 and it was exceptional back then.

What a gorgeous gorgeous place!! It was pure serenity and paradise after a long flight from the UK. The staff couldn’t do anymore for you if they tried. The aesthetics of the hotel are just stunning. We stayed in a villa with plunge pool and thought our room was beautiful. We enjoyed some relaxation by the pool, dinner and breakfast were both superb. We are only sad we didn’t book longer but used as a stopover before heading to our safari. Would highly recommend this hotel 🥰

Overal stay was good however the carpets in the rooms were musty and not clean getting drinking water in the room was a chore if it ran out in the room however when the atm at the hotel did not dispense money but debited my account the staff were not helpful and up to now 5 days later no resolution as to whether it was a system challenge or card fraud. The house kerping staff and porters were a joy and super helpful
