The room is comfortable, the service is warm, the environment is elegant and the facilities are complete, but the lighting is too dim and you can't read in each room. The TV in the room is too old, and the computer in the reception room is old and can't be used temporarily.

I really enjoyed our stay, such a Quiet place secluded location close to amenities and near all my sales clients, travelling up to Johannesburg is not an enjoyable experience, especially with the traffic and generally horrid people. Thank you to Rikki and his team that made our time up there enjoyable. - Really homely place.

Any positive reviews for this place is fake. I'm 100 percent sure because this place is that bad. The service here is terrible. They don't help with bags, to your room, and they barely provide information. The rooms are old and dirty. I was so disgusted I ended living the property before my stay was over. This is the worst hotel I've ever experienced

It was well organized. Conferencing setup as we requested. Food was very good. Some of the rooms experienced warm water issues- An effort was made to resolve the problem - unfortunately couldn't resolve (Room 15 & 16).

Excellent team that handled all our concerns timeously with precision and professionalism. Perfect neighborhood that is good for both business and pleasure. The rooms are wonderful and clean. I wouldn't mind staying there again. More variety is needed on meals.

I was at Sandton Lodge for a conference that I organised. The staff were extremely helpful and flexible in the lead up to the event, and very approachable and professional throughout. This was the second time to host an event at the venue. It is very safe and private; an excellent space for meetings/workshops; has a lovely garden and pool (not used as it was winter); and a family feel to the well coordinated and friendly staff. My only constructive comment is that on the first time visiting the Lodge my taxi driver was directed the wrong way as the hotel is on the corner of a private road; sharing detailed instructions with guests may be helpful to avoid this situation. Overall, I would recommend for anyone seeking a quiet space in this suburb.
