Wow - where to start.... Arrived at the hotel at 19:00 on Tuesday 26 November - was told my room is not available as an airline crew just checked out (4 hours after my room was supposed to be available). We then decided to go to dinner, came back at about 20:50 my room is still not available. I hung around till about 21:10. I then went up to my room - door was open, window was open, there were no towels and the toilet was still dirty. At about 21:15 i was given my room key.... more than 6 hours after actual check in time. My colleagues toilet was also not cleaned - so clearly a norm for this hotel. How is this ok and all I'm told is the crew only checked out at 19:00 - how is this my problem? How was 1 client given a late check out at the expense of another client. Strangely this happened to me in 2015 - same hotel.
