I wholeheartedly agree with what Ann has said in her review, I was on the same trip with Clares coach trips of Derbyshire, Clare takes 4 full coaches in Frebuary so they must be doing something right.Sarah and Paul have worked their socks of to improve the hotel from when they took it over I know because I went not long after they had taken it over. We will be going again next year but probably a bit later in the season, Best wishes Sarah and Paul from Carolyn and Davud Fisher x

This is such a lovely hotel. A minute away from the seafront, shops and restaurants. There’s even a shop across the road which is very handy. Lots of parking available right outside the hotel. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Breakfast is very satisfying. Lots to choose from, cereals, toast, juices, hot drinks and cooked breakfast. Evening entertainment most evenings and a lovely entertainment area. There’s a beautiful garden to enjoy and relax in. There’s a laundry room which is very useful, especially for those beach towels and costumes. The staff are so friendly and helpful.

A group of 39 of us came from our club in Essex and we all had a brilliant time. Jean, our organiser was amazing and Kevin from Opal Coaches was the man about town. Excellent room, excellent food and excellent service from staff. The rooms were very comfortable and provided everything we needed. Plenty of tea & coffee and a good nights sleep. The food was lovely and they even provide a packed lunch so you are well looked after throughout the day. We love the Isle of Wight. We'll be back!

Went with a bud tour - although this is a 3-stsr hotel, we had a 4/5 star ecperience! Rooms are very clean food was bery good all week and the staff were unfsilingly polite, helpful and friendly. Thoroughly recommended!!! This the second time we have bisited and we would come again!

Just had a lovely midweek break at the burlington room spotless food very good especially the pork loin could, nt have cooked it better myself and all staff could not do enough for you location very good minutes from the beach good buses would come back again thankyou

Good value hotel, nice food lovely staff, close to the sea, very enjoyable stay, would recommend to anyone, very clean, entertainment nightly, worth the value, we booked for next year so we miss out for the good fun ,......................

Brilliant low cost hotel. We are on a coach trip with clairs of derbyshire. Stayed here last year and it was so good we booked again for this year. Hotel is a little dated but very clean. Good choice of food which is always hot and tasty. Staff ate all friendly and help. Plus hotel is in a great location

Where to begin? We arrived for the opening of the season and we certainly weren’t disappointed. Top class food, excellent modern rooms and cleanliness on point. The staff in the dining room and bar were so friendly and helpful. We couldn’t have asked for more. What made our stay extra special was the presence of both owners, Sarah and Paul, who were on hand to help at all times. They worked so professionally together but with passion to match. We will definitely be turning to this hotel and it is highly recommended. Well done to the Burlington and good luck for the coming season
