This is my 2nd time staying at this hotel and it's decent considering it's in a rural town. The room is clean, the people are nice and the bed was very comfortable.

前台小姐姐服務熱情周到。辦理入住高效，還貼心升級了房型。房間乾淨整潔，床品舒適，隔音效果很好，一夜安眠到天亮。特別點贊細節:①早餐種類豐富，現磨咖啡好喝;②房間智能設備很方便;③保潔阿姨每天主動補充用品。酒店視野也非常好，門口有一條河，可以看整個三都的景色，負1樓可以給愛車充電，辛苦一天，晚上還可以去5樓用自助洗衣機洗衣服。

酒店有點老，廁所門木質的被水泡過有點關不上了，走道有點陳年味道，房間裏面還行。周邊一公里有個超大的夜市，非常贊

房間還是不錯的，面積大，當地比較好的酒店，正規。就是三都幾個景點太扯淡！高硐村寨假的不得了，空盪盪的，萬户水寨也是沒啥，假的！就是個商業區，還是個沒幾個商家的地方。

酒店乾淨衞生，設備設施都不錯，周邊環境安靜，有自己的中餐廳，菜品口味還好。極差的是地下停車場的照明極差，視線特別不好，車道狹窄。由於照明差，本人下車直接就被拌個大跟頭，膝蓋摔得很疼，更差的是前台服務人員的態度，當我反映地下停車場照明太差，請轉告酒店相關負責人改善照明時，服務員連眼睛都沒抬，繼續做她手裡的事情，當我再強調時，她仍然沒搭理，更別提抱歉了。請酒店改善地下停車場照明，加強員工服務意識。
