Free and ample open space parking in front of the hotel; Front office very bare but staff helpful and courteous; Lifts are old but functionable and fast; Tiles are missing; Corridor walls are thin and old - can hear everything inside from the outside; Corridor carpet is dark and smelly; Corridor lighting dim and eerie; Room door very sturdy but no bell; Shower gel and shampoo available; No fridge but drinking water and beverage sachets available; Bathroom smelly no exhaust fan; Shower water not strong; Towels not cotton and yellowish; TV out of order; Hair dryer functionable; Air-con leaking water mildly; Air-con remote needs replacing; Room stank of stale ciger smoke mixed with sewage; Window stuck cannot shut and can fall to the ground floor if forced; Window latch screw one missing and the other almost going off loose; This hotel is in dire need of complete modern refurbishments.

Good price, bigger room and clean. Well maintenance comparing to the nearby hotel. Strategic location, there are a lot of kopitiam, cafe or restaurants nearby. Supermarket also a short walking distance. The only disappointment is the boiler, the water temperature is too hot and unable to adjust. Guest either need to adapt the hot water or take shower with the cold water.

One of the cheapest budget hotel in sandakan but with affordable price for backpackers. This was my family trip with parents. So my parents got the reception floor room while i got the second floor with stairs only. No lift.

Nest quiet part of city. 1.5 Malaysian ringgit ,gets local bus large van japanese. Grap is 10 to 12 malay ringgit.

Nice location on quiet side clean in part beauty of a spot .you can pratically spit in the harbor from their. Ugh . old Chinese quarters .No complaints,polite hosts .. TV didn't work but , I don't watch tv ,so, as they say, no harm no foul.. .uhhh Great deal 👍

Hotel is located at IJM, plenty of restaurants nearby and easy to find laundry facilities as well. Room is big and spacious, although the internet connection is a bit slow.

The environment is not good Nothing to say about the hotel although the room is small Friendly staff Friendly and helpful landlady Except the last day the boss was hardly pleasant Two people were there for I don't know what problem but we were made to wait

The best thing for this hotel was its location. The room was big and spacious. However, the room and the bathroom was never done cleaning. It is ok older building, interior and furnitures...should have done some cleaning for your guests.
