Slightly dated, yet clean and comfortable room. Friendly staff. Shower wouldn't turn on when I first arrived but was quickly fixed.

WiFi is crazy, you can never access to it. And you can’t your own 5G either because the connection is horrible.
You better bring your own toothbrush because this hotel doesn’t offer any.
You need to pay for everything extra, like extra tower pillow or blanket which I’ve never experienced during my 10days stay in Malaysia.

I book multiple room during my stay and each is a good stay. The staff even accommodate our request and gave us all same floors. The room is also affordable when booked via trip.com.

Small but adequate single room. Clean. Shower door seal leaks, wets bathroom floor. Location is convenient for the city centre. Nearby mamak 24-hour restaurant serves good local Indian Muslim food, inexpensive.

Centrally located. Rooms have good views and are clean, comfotable and very well maintained. Reception is friendly too. Good buffet restaurant at the ground floor with a good spread for breakfast.

The Location was Soo good you could just walk to the nearest malls. The room was clean, the room service was nice and polite. Not to mention the Front office was calm and was able to quickily settle my needs. I'll definetly came back again. There was a parking lot which you can afford at RM10/day. Recommended for those who are unfammiliar with the area. Thumbs upp 100 times
