This is everything I hoped! From the lovely touch of the way they hang your national flag alongside their own, to the lovely home cooked breakfast, nothing about this place disappoints. Monty is excellent with his local knowledge and the way he shows you round explaining the coffee and tea machines etc. Rebecca made the most beautiful breakfast and was delightful. The decor is so lovely and the house is right on the lake. I can’t recommend this place highly enough! Don’t forget to stick your little pin in the map so that there is always a little sign that you were at the Lake House at Ferry Point.

The Lakehouse is the quintessential b & b sporting comfy common ateas, a fabulous stone fireplace, and a welcoming front porch. Our room was well appointed with a comfy bed, private bath, and a stunning view of the lake. High end toiletries and bed linens completed the cozy feel. The innkeepers, Al & Pam, take pride in their home and it shows in the details. Breakfasts were scrumptious and afternoon baked goods were a delicous treat. Guests were friendly. I cannot say enough about the care and quantity.

We love coming here. Last year as we were leaving, my wife and I booked a three day vacation for “leaf peeping” a beloved Nee England pastime. Over the past year, the B&B was sold to new owners. I want to say that Pam and family have picked up right where the past owners left off. We had a wonderful time with some quiet time together and with our family. The property is simply stunning. The rooms are very well appointed and of a time period gone by yet still much enjoyed. Our time here is always enjoyable and relaxing and we’re very glad that tradition will continue. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!!

Outstanding stay in an idyllic setting. We have stayed at many B&Bs but The Lakehouse at Ferry Point is at the top of our list. My husband appreciated the hearty breakfast. Pam was so accommodating. Many places are more concerned about their rules and agendas but she was interested in making our stay enjoyable. The location is beautiful. The rooms was very clean and the sheets were so comfortable. We hope to return.

One of the most fantastic inns we have ever stayed in. Super clean, well appointed, and very relaxing in an idyllic setting. The hosts are extremely friendly and accommodating. Nicest people!!!! The breakfast was fantastic. We also ate in a nearby restaurant owned by the family, Dox, which was equally fantastic. We sat out on the deck by the marina and enjoyed great cocktails and delicious food. Excellent, all the way around. We hope to go back soon.

From the moment we arrived, the lake house felt like a very special place. Clean and cozy on the inside with a beautifully landscaped yard and the best view of lake Winnisquam. If you are looking to get out on the water, there are paddle boards and kayaks for guests to use. There is also a beautiful front porch with intimate seating arrangements to spend your afternoons or evenings reading a book or enjoying each others company. Pam and Al were incredibly welcoming and made us feel as if we were family. They gave great suggestions for restaurants and things to do in the area. Their hospitality was top notch. Breakfast each morning was hot, fresh, and a very generous portion. We will definitely recommend the Inn to everyone we know and are already looking forward to our next stay.

This is a lovely inn with fabulous views of scenic area around lake. Innkeeper was gracious and very accommodating. It was wonderful to sit out on their spacious porch at night and listening to the loons calling. The whole area was very scenic and a joy to explore.
