This hotel is dredful. The absolut worst ever. Dont stay here. One i stingy, greedy, mixes out the drinks. Groups are treated very badly.

Bella struttura in una posizione stupenda. Fermati di passaggio per un pranzo frugale costituito da insalate e poco più. È stato sufficiente per poter confermare una cucina buona e ben presentata . Purtroppo il servizio è stato inadeguato. Abbiamo dovuto alzarci 2 volte poiché i camerieri non passavano oppure non ci notavano . Mancava il pane , i condimenti per le insalate...I camerieri con cultura molto differente dalla nostra , forse non hanno ben chiaro che queste cose vanno portate subito a tavola...Basterebbe una formazione consona e sarebbe garantito un servizio quale un locale di questo livello merita.

Ho soggiornato in questo piccolo hotel.. niente di cui lamentarmi è stata una bella sorpresa. Accoglienza del giovane ragazzo gentile e simpatico.. La colazione abbondate e varia servita dalla signora bionda. Unica pecca il barista con la cofana ma non era in giornata.

Wir kamen dort an, kurz bevor die Küche öffnet. Wir wollten gerne etwas essen. Der Kellner kam zu uns und sagte uns, dass die Küche erst demnächst aufmacht. Er brachte uns aber, als wir sagten, wir würden den Moment warten, die Speisekarte und sagte uns, dass bald eine Gruppe käme, und es dann mit seiner Zeit vielleicht eng würde. Aber er nahm freundlich unsere Bestellung auf, und baute uns zeitlich zwischen und vor die Gruppe, sodass wir mit Freude unser Abendessen genießen konnten. Und das nehmen SIe bitte wörtlich. Es war ein Genuss. Ich füge Fotos bei. Es sah nicht nur so aus, es hat göttlich geschmeckt. Der Koch weiß genau, was er macht! Und der Kellner, der trotz des aufkommenden Gruppenstresses uns so freundlich bedient hat, verdient von dieser Stelle ein Sonderlob. Unsere Empfehlung: Essen Sie dort! Die Beschreibung der Bilder erfolgte aus dem Gedächtnis.

Usufruito solo del bar per un aperitivo, non eccellente, portate 2 patatine in croce e PS. la prossima volta lo scontrino fatelo, non costringete il cliente a dover richiedere quello che dovrebbe essere normale venir consegnato!

Nous avons séjourné en famille deux nuits. Notre chambre était située au RDC. Impossible de laisser la fenêtre ouverte et pas de climatisation dans la chambre... De plus, hotel tres bruyant alors que nous avons un sommeil lourd (réveillés tous les matins à 7 heures par le bruit de la cuisine). Le petit-déjeuner est très moyen (jus de fruit de mauvaise qualité) mais c'est assez général en italie. Le personnel n'a même pas pris le temps de changer la nappe en papier (au dessus de la nappe en tissu) avant notre arrivée à la table. La situation de l'hôtel n'est pas exceptionnelle (plus de 20 mins pour se rendre au lac malgré la faible distance mais routes très étroites) et le personnel pas très sympathique. Pour le même prix, il y a vraiment d'autres hôtels aux alentours beaucoup plus qualitatifs.

Ich schreibe meine Meinung nur zum „Restaurant“. Außer dem Seeblick kann ich nichts Positives erkennen. 14:20 Uhr Platz genommen bekam ich sofort einen sehr unfreundlichen Rüffel. „Die Küche hat geschlossen“. Knallte mir eine Bistro-Karte auf den Tisch und wurde nicht mehr gesehen. Italienische Gastfreundschaft kenne ich anders. (Die Küche schließt übrigens 14:30 Uhr. Das ist ok. kann man aber auch freundlicher kommunizieren.) Nein. Keine Empfehlung. Logisch, dass nach diesem Eindruck auch das Hotel für mich nicht in Frage kommt.

Menù non veritiero che propone piatti con porzioni molto scarse.Ordinati 2 antipasti: 1 tagliere di affettati con verdure che altro non era che banale "giardiniera " sottoaceto e salumi di dubbia provenienza e qualità;l'altro antipasto,1 luccio alla gardesana ,diciamo scarsi 70gr.di pesce farcito con verdure tritate che coprivano completamente il gusto del luccio e il tutto circondato da 8 fette di polenta alla griglia.(24 euro) Totale del conto insieme a 1 Pinot grigio,60 euro.Cosa è piaciuto?Il pane(4 fettine piccole,piccole) servite calde in un cartoccio.Riguardo al servizio molto approsimativo: ordinato alla carta il vino,1 Pinot grigio al costo di 20 euro viene portato in tavola già aperto e senza essere versato nei bicchieri.Ristorante da non consigliare

Ho chiesto come da foto riportata nel menù una coppa di yogurt ai frutti di bosco e mi è stato portato un vasetto da 125 ml di yogurt con frutti di bosco surgelati per ben 7€. Le mie rimostranze a poco sono servite. Una vergogna, sicuramente non metterò mai più piede qua e sconsiglio vivamente chi si trovasse nella zona.
