Great place close to town. We spent around 350£ for a 7 day stay. It really is unbelievably great value out of season. Everything was close by and I highly recommend for everyone . Unfortunately you have to be aware that the shops around are incredibly expensive.

Our first impression of the hotel was very positive. Being located a 5-10 minute walk from the loud centre of San Vito di Capo, it seemed like the perfect place to get some respite after a very intense, stimulating day. Unfortunately, that's definitly not the case. I'd like to start with the positives though. THE GOOD The best thing about this hotel was definitly the staff, which was always very helpful, kind and accomodating of our wishes. We felt very well taken care of at all times during our stay. The rooms were nicely decorated and clean. Even though they might seem a bit dated, in my opinion - it only added to the charm. All beds were very comfortable, including the pull-out sofa, which was quite a pleasant surprise. The breakfasts were well, maybe not the most nuitricious, but if you like starting your day with something sweet you'll enjoy it. (the cornettos and the cake were absolutely delicious and the fruit fresh and sweet) THE UNBEARABLY BAD What struck me as soon as I entered the room was very poor noise isolation. It didn't bother us during the day (even though our neighbours were quite noisy), because we spent most of the days by the pool or on the beach. In the evening however, it proved to be incredibly bothersome. There is a night round of ENTERTAINMENT starting from 9pm and lasting until midnight. What it meant was loud and pretty annoying music blasting from the speakers. The staff was very kind as to turn it down a little bit on request. They couldn't turn it down all the way because of, I assume, hotel policy, even thought literally nobody was joining in on the fun or even staying at the bar. I expected some kind of animations, as this hotel very proudly proclaimed itself a family-friendly resort, however, for the same reason, I figured it would allow for some sort of kid-friendly sleeping schedule. I don't care about my eardrums anyway, so I slept with white noise playing on full volume on my headphones, but I imagine it's not really an option if you're staying with younger kids or if you're more prone to overstimulation. It truly wouldn't bother me if I had any idea what I was signing up for. If there was any sort of information about the entertainment programme on the hotel website, I most likely would've just picked a different hotel and avoided a huge dissapointment. Instead, the marketing focuses on "moments of relaxation" or "allowing a peaceful and enjoyable vacation for the whole family", which is frankly - very misleading and unfair to potential guests. SUGGESTIONS To avoid future misleading potential guests I'd consider highlighting the entertainment programme on the resort's website, INCLUDING the hours the music is playing. Or cutting down on the animations in the late hours of the evening (and at the very least, staying flexible if the demand for late-night entertainment is very low), which would make the Cala Mancina Village a very pleasant place i'd happily visit again. Reconsidering your marketing stra

Stayed here for one week through 7 across. Very tired needs a load of work bringing it back to the 4 star that they are advertising!! Bathrooms are disgusting, we had NO maid all week. Therefore no fresh bedding, towels, toilet roll and no cleaning. Which is not acceptable. I would definitely NOT return or recommend.

We have stayed in the hotel for almost a week. The location is perfect, a walking distance to the gorgeous beach and walking streets with restaurants and cafes. The hotel itself was very cozy, however we couldn’t get breakfast as the restaurant was in renovation. The pool is nice and was enough for us. Not sure how it is in the summer if there are enough sun chairs. Cleaning could be improve.

I was in this village from 10th to 12th May, old rooms, very small shower, 2 nights, 2 people, I paid 12 euros in municipal taxes, furthermore at check out I was asked to pay for the room again because the payment hadn't been made. from scalapay, finally after insisting the employee called the manager and in the end we solved it, the incredible thing was that the employee insisted saying that he has been doing this job for twenty years and that we had to pay, even though I was trying in every way to show him the payment receipt. in the end, mortified, he apologized 100 times, you can't make these mistakes and then because in all of San Vito the tax is 2 euros a day and you charge 3 euros

Terrible experience. Long story short: I arrived with my family, we are 14 people. Once we arrived we were greeted by an extremely incompetent person. After accompanying us to the rooms, all close together, he returned to the reception to take one key at a time, making us wait about 30 minutes before being able to enter the rooms. Some rooms were minimally equipped, while others had no blankets or pillows. My uncle for example, once he entered the room found the bed with furniture placed on it, making us understand that the rooms were not really ready to welcome someone, he had in fact been moved to a room far from ours. The rooms were cold and those with a "sea view" paid around €60, had no sea view, at most they had a view of the swimming pool where the seagulls bathed. When we told the reception that the double bed we had paid extra for, as I am 190cm tall, was not there, they were unable to help us and I had to sleep in dirty blankets for two nights in a bed no more than 160cm long . The village itself is not on the sea, it is a 15 minute walk from the sea. Lastly, I would not like to leave out how badly my family was treated during check out. When we were looking for explanations about the extra money we were being asked for, the gentleman at the reception started ignoring us because he didn't know what to say. Check out duration? About 40 minutes. All in all I won't recommend this place even to my worst enemy. Not because the village is a bad village. But why be treated so badly when you bring in money that allows the business to continue to exist is unacceptable.

We spent 7 days in this beautiful, family-friendly hotel with apartments on the edge of San Vito lo Capo near the marina and the public beach. San Vito lo Capo is a small town with good tourist infrastructure and a beautiful beach. The hotel is well located as a starting point for excursions in the area around San Vito lo Capo (Zingaro, Trapani, Monte Erice, Marsala, etc.). There was a good breakfast and great entertainment at the saltwater pool by Renato, Dante, Andreea & Ilenia. Uncomplicated administration and reception staff with good tips for excursions nearby. Daily cleaning and new towels. Private parking for each apartment. We had a great time!
