Good morning, we stayed at this property on 12/26/2015, me, my wife and my son, our intention was to spend 3 days visiting the Cadore area and Cortina d'Ampezzo. The welcome was good, Mr. Francesco is very courteous. The room was large, spacious and clean, but very cold. We thought they had just finished cleaning but, when we returned after lunch, it was still very cold, so much so that we had to rest in our clothes.....they changed our room, a little better, but the following morning the radiators were off....and this fact convinced us to abandon the property...... lunch and dinner overall sufficient, breakfast insufficient and the rooms always cold.....even the corridors of the property were freezing, we were probably the only guests in the Hotel.....it should be tried in the summer, but it is unlikely to happen.

Aside from the courtesy of the staff and the centrality of the hotel, unfortunately the cleanliness of the room and its bathroom was lacking. I also reported it to the reception, I hope they will pay more attention in the future. Meh!!

Beginning of 2015: the hotel offers half board at 55 euros per person in high season and believe me, it is not worth spending it! The structure is very old: the bathroom drains are not insulated and you can hear all the "noise" of the people using the toilets both above the rooms and next to them. Not to mention the old mattresses in the beds that are as hard as wooden boards as well as the pillows. The "buffet" breakfast is better in the soup kitchen: old bread already toasted, dry biscuits, watery drinks and lousy coffee. One morning they offered hard boiled eggs already peeled on a plate... The dinners are also lousy, repetitive and made up of vegetable purees, overcooked pasta, slices of meat like shoe insoles, bitter puree, sour mushrooms, old fruit or desserts made of canned fruit. The owners are old people who are no longer interested in their hotel and are rather indifferent to complaints. Seeing the other reviews maybe I was the only one unlucky staying in a period in which the hotel was not full even if they should have given me the same services as when the hotel is operating at full capacity since they wanted the same money! I have many experiences of hotels and I do not recommend spending a holiday in this structure.

Terrible stay. This is how I would summarize the experience at the Hotel Nevada. The rooms are clean and spacious but the bathrooms are really old, the hot/cold water regulation is a lottery. But the real Achilles heel is the kitchen. Poor breakfast, in a sad and small room, with little choice and poor food. The biggest inconvenience, however, was at dinner: inadequate waiting staff (wrong orders, incorrect counts, etc.), canteen menu and hospital cuisine. Purchased pasta, supermarket ragù, bagged mashed potatoes and desserts from Eurospin (badly cooked, by the way!). The funniest thing is that at the beginning of March the second course on the menu is HAM AND MELON (!!!). PS if you are celiac/intolerant or vegan/vegetarian, just buy your meals outside because no attention is paid to this matter... In short, a big cross over this Hotel!

Let's talk about it because I have a double-faced review to write. The hotel's location in the center of town is good and strategic, a little less so for the parking which is a little too inconvenient from my point of view. The rooms are excellent, spacious and very clean; perhaps a little cold, with windows that aren't exactly first rate. The thing where we didn't really like was the food, both at breakfast and dinner. In the morning, in a really uninviting little room, they served really poor quality bread and croissants. Sour yogurt and watery coffee. For dinner, if you love vegetable minestrone, go ahead, since on the second evening it was the only possible choice. Beef steak comparable to a shoe insole. Mushroom risotto really sad. The location is a little old fashioned but nothing to report on that, even if from a 3-star hotel a stone's throw from Cortina I expected much more. Honestly, I don't think I'll go back.

The place is beautiful and after all very well-kept. Even if there is no place to have dinner / lunch, there are high quality restaurants nearby. Breakfast was included. The ski slopes are nearby. The rooms are very very clean and tidy, the rooms also... They are very spacious, the bed comfortable and the bathroom very clean. "We had a wonderful holiday" the service was also very good

The room is clean and spacious, there are delicious food around, and parking is convenient. It is the best in the town and worth recommending.
