Not Recommended Unless You’re on a Very Tight Budget Reaching the hotel was not straightforward – after arriving by car, we had to walk down many stairs from the access road, something that wasn’t clearly stated in advance. The room was in poor condition: the shower was broken, there was no place to sit or put our belongings, and lizards entered through a hole in the wall. Overall, the room felt neglected and uncomfortable. The location was also problematic. Although it’s relatively close to the city, you have to walk about five minutes, including crossing a dark bridge over a stream with no lighting. This walk doesn’t feel safe at night. Would not recommend unless you’re on a strict budget and prepared for a very basic experience.

First, I like to thanks the staff. great customer service. very helpful and accommodating. their beachfront is not very picturesque. however, at night, it is well lighted. Their location is a bit awkward. the entrance is up the hill. I suggested to the manager to install a doorbell so that guests can buzz them upon arrival for assistance with their luggage. the other entrance is on unpaved road. amenities is zero to none.

All of the staff especially their manager were extremely accommodating. The service was exceptional as they all went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. The food we had in their restaurant was also good yet affordable. This was on the top of the list of my best stays/experiences ever. Thank you Ferelle Beachfront Inn! Till next time ❤️
