Beautiful structure, in the center and close to all the discos and also to some beaches. Almost all the houses have a fantastic outdoor relaxation area that is very well-kept. I would have something to say about the cleanliness of the rooms but all that is needed is a little more attention to detail, overall the rooms were quite clean. I would recommend changing the opening hours of the ecological island, a little inconvenient for those on vacation to only have two hours in the morning to throw away the waste, but the super friendly reception staff opened the island for us in the afternoon too. The only negative note was the way the gardener treated us, in an unkind manner from our arrival even ignoring our questions or requests. Overall everything was fine I would go back immediately... with a few small changes

Not a positive experience. The only advantage of the structure is the convenience of being a stone's throw from the pedestrian area of ​​San Teodoro. Structure with very high costs, Managers not very transparent in providing information, disinterested in the stay of customers. Presence of very strict rules to respect (waste management is embarrassing!) On the other hand the customer has zero services and little empathy. We were given the most uncomfortable apartment and with less privacy even though we had called and sent two emails reporting the presence of our two and a half year old daughter, asking if the apartment had a private garden. They replied that it was behind the apartment. At the back the garden was non-existent, there were tools and builders' huts because some apartments were being renovated. In front there was a small porch with table and chairs with zero privacy from which the people from the apartment next door had to pass while we were having dinner to enter the house. We had been given for certain the presence of a washing machine which by chance was broken, for two weeks they were unable to fix it. They told us to go to the laundromat in town. Access to the apartments is via an unpaved path in the middle of a lawn (very well-kept, undeniably) that gradually disappears into the grass as you go up with uneven terrain in the last part. The lawn is continuously watered and when you walk on it both in the morning and in the evening it is wet, with sandals or flip-flops you get wet every time and your shoes get soaked in dirt. Honestly we thought we had booked in a residence not in a campsite! There are communal deckchairs in the garden of the residence that are always dirty and the communal area with the sofas is always covered in bird droppings. During check-in they asked us for 7 euros per day per person (including our two and a half year old daughter) for utilities. Costs not reported during booking. Gas is supplied via gas cylinder, while the water that comes out of the taps is not drinkable. The tap water is yellowish in color, there is a problem in the entire area of ​​San Teodoro, also confirmed by shopkeepers and local residents. No mention was made on the subject by the managers, but they downplayed it following our requests. We therefore add the expenses incurred for purchasing bottles of water for cooking and washing food. When we asked for information for any need for a medical emergency, having a small child, they made us understand to avoid the one in town but to go to the town of Padru 15km away. We then discovered that there is a pediatrician's office in town and in a guide provided to us on the beach there are telephone contacts of doctors for tourists. Never a greeting from the owner, never an interest in how the stay is going. Even during the check out phase, she sent us the boy for the check and didn't even say hello. Ottima struttura, posizione centrale, vicina a tutti i servizi ed anche alla spiaggia di Cala d'Ambra. Appartamento delizioso, pulito e arioso (non abbiamo mai avuto bisogno di accendere l'aria condizionata). Grande valore aggiunto il parcheggio privato del residence. Gestore gentile e disponibile. Esperienza molto positiva, consigliatissimo!

Ormai clienti fissi da 10 anni dell approdo…posto unico, centrale a san Teodoro, a due passi dai migliori ristoranti e 5 minuti dalle spiagge più belle . Personale accogliente e gentilissimo. Ve lo consiglio 👌

Residence nei pressi del centro di San Teodoro con ampio spazio verde in cui ci si può rilassare. Appartamento ben tenuto con terrazzo vista paese. Lo staff del residence cordiale e sempre disponibile e inoltre ci hanno consigliato delle bellissime escursioni e ottimi ristoranti della zona. Mascotte dell' Approdo: MIA♥️ Consigliato per chi volesse trascorrere la vacanza in autonomia senza i rigidi orari di un hotel. Parcheggio riservato
