My 9yo son and I stayed at this resort in mid-October. The weather was just ok for sunbathing and swimming but not hot. The resort is in a pretty spot but there is nothing else close by. The resort and rooms are very nice and in off-season great value. Trip.com had a very good price. Our room had its own little garden which was lovely. The restaurant was ridiculously overpriced. I didn’t actually mind the prices but the food was average. Steak actually presented good value for money. The breakfast buffet (included) was copious and excellent. Service was very good. Generally a very relaxing stay. Whilst nothing nearby for eating (San Teodoro was disappointing) Olbia is only 30 mins away.

Incompetence and lack of professionalism are the basis of this resort branded Baglioni but there is little of Baglioni except the logo... It is an old resort called Paradaise, renovated as best as possible and used as a trap for foreign tourists who have few demands .
Staff not adequately trained and in some cases too pedantic.
Room cleaning not done or done hastily, at absurd times like 5.30pm. Leaving a greasy, wet cleaning cloth and a lot of hair in the suitcase…
That the guest service provided the laundry for free... I would say the minimum in cases like these.
For a 5 star hotel and even more so for a Baglioni there is a lot of work to be done to improve the services.
Deserving a special mention are Paolo and Antonello from the beach service who do everything to make up for the shortcomings of the structure, Francesco from the always professional restaurant and the director Victoriano for the upgrade.

Embarrassing services and structure. Indecent situation on the beach. To access you have to cross a fetid and smelly swamp via a dangerous pier with nails and broken beams. There are no toilets and people excrete their waste in the bushes generating a nauseating smell…
Resort without services. Virtually non-existent spa with rude staff.
They are absolutely not equipped for the wind which is practically always there, with ashtrays or windproof umbrellas etc

The resort is beautiful. The beach is amazing. One of the best on the island. The only down side is the price of food and drinks. Breakfast is included which in great. Drinks at the bar are outrageously expensive. 25$ euros for 1/2 a cup of wine. 30$ euros for a medium sized cheese pizza. We are from San Diego and are used to high prices but this was ridiculous. Especially since none of the neighboring restaurants or bars charge such high rates. For example We had a very nice dinner in neighboring San Teodoro for 4 people with 3 apps, 4 main courses, 2 desserts, and 2 bottles of wine for 220$ euros. At the hotel the bar and restaurant (aside from breakfast ) are always very empty and I think the high prices must be why. So yes stay here, but drink and eat lunch and dinner elsewhere.

Loved my stay here!
Had some small issue with the shower flooding, but it was taken care of very fast. Be aware that there is no iron or steamer that they can provide, but have dry cleaning and pressing services for a fee. Given that you are in nature, the rooms do tend to have small bugs and mosquitos. Bring repellent. The breakfast is fantastic and the property so beautifully kept. The service from everyone is superb.

lovely hotel , lovely beach.....expensives drinks
The positives....the hotel is in a good location, with a short walk to a lovely beach where the hotel has its own private area with chairs and shade parasols.
The staff are very attentive, and the breakfast buffett has a good varied choice , and addtional cooked items are also avilable to order, some of which are included in the price , others are extra.
Negatives ....a little unfair , as this is not unique to this hotel.....but something that is common in Sardina ......food and drinks are ridiculously expensive....a small beer being €11!!
