The manager Fernandos was very nice. He helped us secured the hot air balloon ride in the last minute. He also led us to the balloon site and waited there until we were done. Even though the hotel location is in a residential neighborhood and not so desirable, but his service certainly made up for us. He is also easy to communicate with using English. Highly recommended!

We had a beautiful room with a great view of the Temple and got to see air balloons rising in the the morning. The staff was so nice and helpful even with my bad Spanish. We had a lovely stay.

This hotel was the highlight of our trip, the service was exceptional, the terrace view was amazing. The room was spacious and accommodating. Our room did not have AC, they accommodated us with a fan but honestly with the drop in temperature we were actually really comfortable and cool at night. They brought us some amazing coffees for us to enjoy in the evening while we relaxed in the terrace.

Excellent will stay again!
GPS and the name on the outside of the hotel are Hotel Pasado Jatsiri FYI! Ring the bell on the outside of the building to be let in. We upgraded to a room with A/C and heat which was great as it was chilly. Excellent view from the rooftop terrace of hot air balloons at sunrise! Wish there were room darkening curtains and a lip under the door to keep out bugs/light but stay was great.

Teotihuacan stay
We had an excellent stay! So excited to have a view of the pyramids from our bed. Room was clean and affordable. Woke up early to assist us on our way to an early morning hot air baloon ride. Exceeded our expectations and would recomend. Thank you!
