Des del primer momento, Rony se ha mostrado atento y muy servicial. La Pensión Gurtxu está en pleno casco antiguo. Lo mejor es que se encuentra en una calle con pocos bares, donde no hay aglomeraciones por las noches. Hemos dormido sin ruido, además los cierres de las ventanas son nuevos y con doble cristal. La pensión se trata de un segundo piso con ascensor. Esta super limpia, reformada, ordenada y en cada habitación hay agua, cafetera, tazas, 2 toallas por persona, nórdico, televisión, espejo... Las camas son cómodas. En total hay 3 habitaciones, cada habitación con su llave. El baño es compartido, pero no hemos tenido problemas de espera para usarlo. Esta muy limpio y reformado. Puedes encontrar mapas y además Rony te manda un WhatsApp con recomendaciones gastronómicas muy acertadas. Gurtxu es espacio muy cogedor dónde voy a quedarme cuando vuelva a San Sebastián. Hotel Parma was an ideal, affordable choice for a two-night stay in Donostia-San Sebastián. Nestled between the old town ( a 5 minute walk) and the gorgeous sandy ‘surfer’s’ beach, we really experienced the best of both old and new town. Also a great starting point for the promenade walk around the bay to playa de la concha. Clean, ground floor room in such a quiet location. Although we didn’t have breakfast at the hotel there was a really nice breakfast area with a good looking buffet/coffee machine. The staff were so friendly and helpful and gave you beach towels too!

We had a great time, we went as a family to a comfortable and clean room. The location is very good in the old neighborhood and close to the beach. The owner was very attentive and friendly, she treated us very well, super attentive. Our room had a shared bathroom which was no problem as it was very clean and had everything you needed. Excellent price-quality ratio

In general, Hotel was very well maintained not only talking about maintenance also facility like window was so strong to protect all noise though we were in the middle of big festival ! Staff were helpful but was not initiative to share the information of festival Rooftop was plus! Amenity , no body lotion if you don’t ask In general! Sophisticated hotel and best location for beach and nice restaurants Enjoyed !
