"The transportation is very convenient. Airport Route 21 and Route 20 are both at the door of the hotel. There are many buses nearby, making travel convenient. The front desk is mini but very welcoming. The restaurant is not big underground. The surrounding environment is beautiful, and Sanse is the same everywhere. It is a first-class tourist attraction."

"I stayed in a ”city view” room during my solo trip through the Basque region and it was such a comfortable room I forgot about not having sea view. Though I do recommend to go to the cafe to have the beachside experience if you get the city view room because it overlooks a construction site on the back street. The hotel was an easy 15min walk with my heavy suitcase from the intercity bus center, just beside the beach. The room was squeaky clean with a large bathtub, and the bed so comfortable I could not get up to go see the sunset! Also helpful kind staff and great location for getting around the city on foot or by bus. I went to the Chillida Leku museum it was 30min by bus no25. Highly recommend!"

"The bus terminal is a 10-minute walk away. There is a street restaurant downstairs and the famous Basque cake is nearby. Free bottled water is provided, the hair dryer is powerful, and the bedding and towels are soft and comfortable."
