Perfect location on edge of old town and minutes from beach. The owner MaryTheresa is very helpful and friendly, nothing is a problem. the accommodation is well equipped, beds are comfortable and the rooms are so clean. Excellent WiFi and the double glazing guarantees a quiet night. Highly recommended. Great value.

This is one of the best pensions we have found. The rooms are large, very clean and modernized to a level of a hotel much more expensive . You face the Blvd Zumardia, a beautiful car free street. Walk away from the Zumardia and you are in the old town. The welcome is warm and helpful. Be aware the door to #16 does not face the boulevard. It's around a corner. You turn the corner and you see #18, but you don't see #16. The door to #16 faces parallel to the street.

I experienced a very comfortable stay at Pension Alameda a couple of weeks ago. My friends had stayed there earlier in the month and gave it great reviews. I too enjoyed the owner's warm hospitality and genuine interest in making sure I enjoyed my stay in San Sebastian. I strongly encourage booking at Pension Alameda. Melody

Teresa was very friendly and helpful. We had to change our booking because of an airline delay but she ensured that we had good room with balcony overlooking the street below. She also assisted us with our luggage which had to be shipped to Santiago de Compostela when we started the Camino. She also provided suggestions on where to go in San Sebastián. The room was very clean and comfortable. It was truly a wonderful experience staying here.

¡Malísima! Los dueños fueron absolutamente terribles y antipáticos. Las habitaciones pequeñas y el aire no funcionó. La dueña entró a la habitación y reorganizó mis posesiones a pesar de tener la señal de no entrar puesta en la puerta. Terrible Horrible! The owners were so rude. They entered into our room when I had the do not disturb sign and moved my clothing around. The air didnt work in the summer. Horrible. Find another place

We had a lovely spacious family room overlooking the square. As were were there during the festival we expected it to be noisy in the evening/at night. We opened the windows to enjoy the wonderful music. This Pension is at the centre of everything and it is really easy to access all of San Sebastian from here, an excellent location.

Hemos estado cuatro días y estamos tan satisfechos que cuando volvamos a San Sebastián repetiremos. La amplitud de nuestra habitación los colchones la limpieza el silencio de día y de noche, el cuarto de baño con una ducha excelente... La limpieza de la habitación y de las ropas. ... La ubicación es excelente. La seguridad del emplazamiento y su entorno muy bien ... Enhorabuena a Teresa por gestionar así su pensión
