The building and apartments are very sleek & modern looking, great design. Secure car parking was excellent. At reception we met Clara, so lovely and helpful 5* Service, thank you. Clara was very helpful with local amenities, city restaurants and the local bus service which you will need to get to the city. Taxi was around €14 one way. The apartment was very spacious and had everything you could need. Replacement standing air con units worked well if a little noisy and only other negative is this points to perhaps certain areas are becoming a little tired. Would I stay again, yes X

Perfect installations, excellent view and near by the town centre. The appartment was very confortable for 4 adults with parking and has all the neccessary amenities to spend a nice time with the family. The Town is very modern, the people is nice and friendly and you have all the possibilities to eat and delight the famous "pinchos".

Amazing place to stay! High level apartments with all amenities. Stunning views from balcony in a great neighborhood. Awesome staff, Ainhoa gave us outstanding hospitality support since the minute one. Defensively best place to stay in San Sebastián. Thank you!

The highlight of our stay in San Sebastian was definitely Irenaz! The breathtaking views were incredibly refreshing, the staff was welcoming, check-in and check-out instructions were clear, and the rooms were spotless. Plus, we experienced one of the best foot massages while there. We definitely would go back there !

It was our third visit there. We like the location, the apartments are large, beautiful view, friendly and welcoming staff. It will also be our last visit. For the second time in a row, we leave with quite a few scratches in the car. Sad that the people who live there are so disrespectful, to walk away from what you destroy! the place and apartments are a bit worn by now and need to be done

The stars that we gave is a kind gesture because the staff is really nice and responsive to communication. The room would receive no stars. We are a traveling family and frequently arrive at our accommodation late in the evening so we were tired enough to sleep in the room. This room may not be similar to the other rooms on the premises but it sets the standard in our eyes. The room smelled like cigarettes and dirty mops. There were spider webs everywhere that we removed ourselves to feel comfortable. The patio was covered with rubbish from plants. Dishes were dirty and equipment did not work properly (WiFi). This home can stand out if properly cleaned and equipped. The furniture is great and bathroom well designed. Toilet also ran excessively. Honestly if the front desk was open when we arrived, we would have asked for a refund so that we can choose a different location.

Great base to explore from.only a short bus trip into the city.very relaxing in th evenings.it was nice to sit put an watch the sunset in the mountains.good parking.very good facilities and very clean nice staff.would definetly re visit again.
