I had high hopes based on the photos and description, but the reality was far from it. The lobby smelled musty and the room looked like it hadn’t been properly cleaned. I honestly have no idea how this place has four stars. From start to finish, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had.

Great location for exploring St Sebastian. The team were excellent - very helpful, proactive, professional and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The apartment had great views over the mountain - could have used an umbrella on the patio for some shade!

The building and apartments are very sleek & modern looking, great design. Secure car parking was excellent. At reception we met Clara, so lovely and helpful 5* Service, thank you. Clara was very helpful with local amenities, city restaurants and the local bus service which you will need to get to the city. Taxi was around €14 one way. The apartment was very spacious and had everything you could need. Replacement standing air con units worked well if a little noisy and only other negative is this points to perhaps certain areas are becoming a little tired. Would I stay again, yes X

Perfect installations, excellent view and near by the town centre. The appartment was very confortable for 4 adults with parking and has all the neccessary amenities to spend a nice time with the family. The Town is very modern, the people is nice and friendly and you have all the possibilities to eat and delight the famous "pinchos".

Amazing place to stay! High level apartments with all amenities. Stunning views from balcony in a great neighborhood. Awesome staff, Ainhoa gave us outstanding hospitality support since the minute one. Defensively best place to stay in San Sebastián. Thank you!

The highlight of our stay in San Sebastian was definitely Irenaz! The breathtaking views were incredibly refreshing, the staff was welcoming, check-in and check-out instructions were clear, and the rooms were spotless. Plus, we experienced one of the best foot massages while there. We definitely would go back there !
