The best thing about the hotel is the free parking. The room is very clean, the hot water is particularly abundant, the water pressure is very strong, and the bath is very comfortable. The city is not big, and the beach is very close. The young boy at the front desk of the hotel has a very good service attitude.

The hotel is a bus ride away from the city center, so it’s very convenient when you need free parking in the city. Our bedroom had a roof leak but the room was comfortable.

Very clean and very comfortable beds. Shower head holder was broken so had to hold it while showering which was difficult. Otherwise a great stay

The hotel was clean, basic, comfortable and well placed for visiting San Sebastián. It took about half an hour to walk into town. The bus service was cheap and efficient.

Comfortable and clean hotel. Free parking is a bonus as San Sebastian doesn't seem to have many parking spaces. Friendly reception and quick check in. Room was clean and comfortable. Never a 1 star hotel. 3 star would be right. Good transport links into the city centre with numerous bus options right outside.

Amazing service!! Staff very nice and helpful all the time. Very approachable and friendly. Room spotles and very comfortable. Really nice breakfast even though it was not included. This hotel is recommendable 100%.
