Room is clean. At check in, staff is not flexible about room selection and just saying it is full. Full mean full occupancy but does not mean room choice and view must be still considerable in early check in around 5pm

Amazing view! The hotel was really great and we enjoyed the stay! Also easy to get to the city. The only downside was, that the Bar/Cocktails weren’t up to the standard.

hotel is a little old but the location is prime as you’re located at the top. staff were lovely, you should have breakfast there to enjoy the morning views.

The hotel is located on Mount Igueldo, with a panoramic view of San Sebastian's famous Shell Beach and the city. The sea breeze is relatively strong in spring, but it can't block the beautiful scenery.

I rarely write hotel reviews, but this time I really want to write about this seriously underrated hotel. The hotel is located on the top of the mountain on the side of Shell Bay, overlooking the entire Shell Bay. The scenery is invincible and the sunset is so beautiful. The hilltop pool is beautiful. There is a cable car up and down, 5 euros back and forth, directly to the beach, so convenient! There is also a small playground on the top of the mountain, which is slightly soiled, and the little one will like it. The hotel facilities are slightly old, and the sea view room is still invincible. Breakfast is not good, it is too simple. In short, this location is the only place to come to San Sai, and it is absolutely necessary to stay for one night!

The hotel is located in an unbeatable location, on top of Monte Igueldo, with views of the Bahía de la Concha and the entire city of Donosti. The rooms are fully equipped, with views of the sea and the city, the lobby is very careful and stylish and the service, in addition to being friendly, is very attentive. Dinners and lunches both in the restaurant and in the cafeteria with the incredible views of San Sebastián are unique. It has been a great success.

Nice hotel and location, rooms a bit noisy and air conditioning noisy. Staff at the pool speak less English, but helpful.

A very nice hotel in a spectacular location, with incredible views. Ro l attention at reception was not the best. Arriving at 1:55 p.m., they told us that they did not check in until 2:00 p.m., so we had to wait 5 minutes at exactly 2:00 p.m. for them to give us a room. When checking out, they were overwhelmed and wanted to charge us for the room again even though we had already paid for it online. A little lack of control in this reception. Everything else fine.
