サッカー観戦のため宿泊しました。スタジアムまで徒歩で行けます。設備は新しくてきれいです。電気ポットの貸出しもお願いできました。フロントの方もとても親切です。

New boutique hotel
The hotel is ideally located in the city. It has no restaurants but there are plenty all around. It is new and clean, the bed was comfortable and the mini bar is free. I also liked the fact that the beach is at walking distance and same for the old town part.
The walls are quite thin so you might hear some noises but thankfully the other guests were quiet at night.

We had a great stay. The room was clean, looked fairly new, and had a beautiful view. It also had a small bottle of sparkling wine and a couple of chocolates on arrival, which was a really nice touch. The hotel staff were all nice and friendly. We didn’t get to have a breakfast at the hotel (by choice), but it also looked great. 4 stars because there were some little things that were missing, for example the water dispenser wasn’t available 24/7 and the water wasn’t filtered (just tap water, from what we were told by the hotel staff). Same applies to coffee/tea. There was no coffee machine or kettle in the room, but they did have a coffee/tea corner at the hotel, it was however only open between 12pm-8pm.
All in all, we still really enjoyed our stay and would come back.

The hotel is very tastefully furnished and decorated. It's located in the center of San Sebastian, close to restaurants and shops. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

Check in and out easy. Staff was very friendly throughout stay. Location is excellent, out of the main tourist area but an easy walk to the old town or Gros. Train and bus stations very close. It seemed like our room was recently renovated or updated. Towels were very large and showers as well.
