Very nice apartment style hotel, with microwave and refrigerator/freezer, TV, dining table, 2 chairs and balcony in the room. We have stayed here before and decided to return when we came back to Chiang Mai. In the first room that we were given, the AC wasn't working very well and the room stayed warm. The owner came by to take a look and moved us to another room which we appreciated. Very good value and has most of the amenities you need. The rooms are also very clean. It is located next to a mall and is about 20 mins drive from Chiang Mai old city. Service is also very good, the housekeeping staff is very fast, efficient and polite.

Great stay. Room very large with large refrigerator and small desk with washing basin. Small balcony available, we used to dry to wash. At the hotel you can wash his laundry for 40 bath washing, you only need washing agent. Breakfast costs 100 bath per person, nothing special but ok. It is brought to the room because there is no restaurant. We found class. Personal is very friendly and premature, we felt very well. Everything is very clean and quiet atmosphere. Pool is also clean. Location rather something outside, you should be aware of it. 7 eleven but in run near 5 minutes. Have used to grave.
