Very nice view, friendly staff, rooms are fine. Everything is fine, lots of choices for the buffet breakfast. Quite good overall!

Very warm welcome, an establishment consistent with the description. Small downside, no French chain... also regarding the payment not too clear on the site... I paid at the hotel directly

Excellent hotel, away from the chaos of the seafront and clubs. By car you can reach the motorway or the center of Sanremo in just a few minutes. Spacious and spotless room. Note the extremely kind and helpful staff for every request.
The only flaw is the temperature of the shower water, not hot enough.

4**** star hotel 120 euros per night for May 14th, it is located in a very awkward position to get to and that's not enough, you enter and find yourself in a labyrinth, if you weren't tired and didn't have suitcases it would be a good game, but we are also adults and we don't want to play. We pay for a room and services. We find nothing that we would expect from a 4 star hotel. But not even if it had three stars would it satisfy them. The rooms are in a sort of basement, smell of damp and mold, very old mattress, not to mention the 1940s blankets
The fridge in the room empty, not even a bottle of water, I don't say free but not even for a fee. If you are thirsty you have to go through the labyrinth route backwards and when you find the exit, look for a bar, which isn't nearby. An infinite sadness, uncomfortable and smelly, for the modest sum of 120 per night in May... Absurd. To be avoided.
Very bad: absolutely unbalanced quality/price. But even if it cost 50 euros a night, I'd prefer the hostel.
