Very convenient beachside hotel in the outskirts of San Remo. 10 minutes walking to the center through a special pedestrian alley. Free parking, pool and a very nice garden

Positives: There is no doubt about it, the exterior of this hotel is beautiful. It’s a showstopper in San Remo compared to the appearance of other hotels in the area. The staff were lovely. In particularly Melanie. Nothing was too much trouble. A credit to the hotel. The pool was lovely and the perfect temperature, always a bed available. The breakfast was amazing. The pastries in particular, delicious. Free bike rental. Fantastic having the option to borrow the bikes… Negatives I don’t think the rooms are 5* standard, they’re basic and the bathrooms in particular the showers extremely basic and similar to a hospital shower. The drinks prices, ridiculously over expensive…. Having inflated drinks prices does not make the hotel a 5*. No water provided by the pool. Having stayed at a number of 5* hotels in Italy, they provided chilled water by the pool. You had to order it here and pay over the odds for still water. There’s no denying we had a lovely time but would I pay what I paid to stay there again. No I wouldn’t.

Overall, a perfect stay. From the minute we arrived until we checked out early in the morning. Breakfast is fantastic. Service is fantastic. The lifeguards on duty really keep an eye on every detail - eg if shade is needed, they moved the umbrellas. We were really looked well after. Only hairs in the soup were prices of food and beverages - eg 8 euros for a bottle of water and 34 euros for a club sandwich.

The Miramare is a beautifully restored hotel set in attractive grounds next to the sea. We had a sea view bedroom, which was spacious with a very comfortable bed. Lovely big windows and a balcony to sit out on. And, I really liked the staff who were very upbeat, friendly and professional. Not so good? The bathroom is definitely not 5*. More 3* Plus, it has the cheap soaps and shampoos like you find in a budget hotel. Take your own. And, the price of drinks is astronomical. For example, €20 for a glass of very average white wine. I liked the hotel, so I may stay again. If I do, I will bring my own shower gel. And, I’ll sit on my balcony looking across the Riviera sipping the white wine I smuggled in.

Excellent staff, service and overall experience. Would highly recommend this property for both families, couples and all ages. Elisabetta, Cristina and the sales team really care for the property and so do the staff. Beautiful pool and beach club also

Nice building at the beech front, heated swimming pool, 4th floor rooms has balcony. Service good, personal 👌 friendly. Room sizes standard to the price paid at a place like this. But, but the drawbacks, the rooms smell, we were showed several ones in order to find a room without odour, no way. The personal agreed it's due to the furniture they use, instead of leather they have used faux leather. An other factor disturbed me, they claim this is a 5x exclusive luxury hotel. The floors and walls in the bathroom are painted, maybe it's a good paint, compared to classy hotels l have visited, marble and/or tiles. Floors always hardwood, here laminate.

High-quality hotel with an excellent restaurant. The staff is top notch, the location very good and the premises are more modern than what is generally available in Sanremo. All this being said, it is on the expensive side. Will go back for sure.

We stayed at the Miramare for a few nights in June 24. It was a last minute trip and we were very pleased by our hotel choice. The building looks very impressive and the garden / pool area are very clean and nicely decorated. Everything matches the vibe and feels very stylish. We loved the breakfast, especially the possibility to sit outside and enjoy the view with your coffee. Valbona and her breakfast team are true gems and manage even the most stressful situations with grace, patience and stay very friendly. The valet parking is very convenient and we never had issues to get the barrier to open. Just klick on the button and they open it. What we especially liked was the location, you have direct access to the beach promenade but are also very close to restaurants and shops, as well as the ******. We loved to go for a walk and just enjoy the city or beach. All the staff we‘re always very friendly and helpful for all of our inquiries. Overall I can absolutely recommend this Hotel. The only critique i would have is the cocktail prices of the bar, but we just went outside to get some drinks, so no issue for us.

The hotel is perfectly well situated, incredible architecture and interior décor. The hotel personnel were absolutely the best. Always polite, with a genuine smile, and they would do their best to ensure our comfort. The lawns are immaculately cured and maintained, gives real feeling of being on palace grounds. Toilets well maintained. This hotel is squeaky clean!! Also the hotel is well located. I got a side view of the sea from my room, amazing in the mornings and sunsets. Oumaima, Vanessa, Aly, Marigiena, Laila, Ibrahim, Maria, Abdoul, Yahya, Jalil, Mustafa, thank you and the entire hotel personnel team very much. You made our stay incredibly enjoyable, and piano piano. Your hospitality made the entire stay appreciated and worth it. The Dustyfoot.Nomad says, this is one amazing hotel that I am definitely visiting again for sure.
