It is the third time that we stay in this hotel, simple, nice, clean, excellent value for money, good breakfast (this time, for obvious reasons, served at the table) owners always very helpful and kind, a few steps from the center, with reserved parking ! Like being at home away from home ! What I want more ? Come back as soon as possible!

We booked the apartment because there were no more rooms available, but the location of the apartments is much better than the hotel. The apartment is on the central street, go down and everything is there. The apartment was clean and well organized: a sofa bed + a double bed, a small room with a bunk bed and in the hall there are 2 other foldaway beds. Perhaps the only negative note is that there is no lift, there are not many steps but if you come with children and strollers it is a bit uncomfortable.

Gros problèmes de communication. 40 minutes d'attente pour le check in pour que finalement après le rappel téléphonique. Je ne peux pas venir... L'appartement réservé était différent et pour cause. Odeur horrible dans la salle de bain. Problème de reflux dans canalisations. Impossible de rester dedans et obligation de condamner la porte pour la chambre...Manque d'oreiller et serviettes à rapporter nous même. Gros problèmes de gestion. Nous endentons la TV des voisins jusqu'à 1h du mat. Je vous déconseille fortement cette établissement. C'est la première fois en 10 voyages à Sanremo que nous avons eu ce type de problèmes et le directement n'était pas au courant...Ce n'est pas superman comme il dit. Je vous déconseille à tous les français de venir dans cette établissement. Nous sommes des pigeons !!!

Abbiamo soggiornato 2 notti troppa attesa per il check-in in quanto le camere non erano pronte, Poca organizzazione!! Il titolare molto cordiale nulla da dire ! La struttura è molto datata e trascurata purtroppo! Pulizie imbarazzanti e quasi inesistenti soprattutto nei bagni già trascurati il nostro wc aveva asse rotto specchio con lampadine rotte!!! La cameriera che alla nostra partenza ci fa pure osservazione perché ha dovuto cambiare due asciugamani!! PECCATO!! consiglio fortemente ai titolari di fare più attenzione a chi pulisce e alle condizioni delle cose che si offrono agli ospiti che pagano per soggiornare in santa pace Cosa positiva posizione ottima per girare a piedi!!

Appartamenti buona posizione con dispiacere dico che sono stati lasciati andare dal punto di vista ristrutturazione e molte cose da sistemare e igienizzare. Per la cifre purché in agosto comunque mancanza di lavatrice importante in un appartamento.(Il posto ci sarebbe).

Siamo stati una sola notte in questo hotel, semplice, ma molto pulito e accogliente, i proprietari gentilissimi e molto disponibili, con un' ottima la colazione. A due passi dal centro e con comodo parcheggio per la macchina. Bella esperienza.
