Having booked a suite for after New Year's Eve on Booking with confirmation weeks in advance, I am called a few days before to tell me that due to a computer error, my reservation is not valid. I am offered some completely different solutions from the one requested and in the end I have to fall back on another hotel they have reported. Totally unreliable

Séjour superbe dans une suite junior face à la mer. Bon accueil, aucun soucis de température dans la chambre.. Un parking privé gratuit, accès facile. Je n'ai pas tester le petit dejeuner... Literie très confortable ! Je reviendrais probablement !

Voilà un très bel hôtel bien placé avec une belle vue mer. C’est la nuit que les choses changent. La chambre est horriblement froide. La climatisation / chauffage ne fonctionne qu’avec l’aide de la réception et malgré nos 3 appels dans la nuit, aucune solution n’est proposée. Pas de couverture supplémentaire, pas de changement de chambre,…. Frigorifiés, nous avons dormi avec nos manteaux en guise de couverture ! (Photo) Le lendemain matin, forcément malade, mal à la tête…. Après avoir échangé avec la réception au matin, le directeur ne veut rien faire. (à part offrir un parking et offrir une omelette (qui est en supplément au petit déjeuner, sans être prévenu) Bref… surtout que ça ne lui coûte rien !) Dans un établissement de ce standing, c’est déplorable de ne pas savoir gérer les dysfonctionnements avec élégance et efficacité. Expérience à ne pas renouveler Non recommandable Si c'est pareil en été, ça doit être sans clim efficace !

Sehr schönes Haus und Zimmer. Gutes, großes Bett. Top-Lage. Angenehm ruhig trotz Nähe zum Zentrum von Sanremo. Einige Parkplätze am Grund vorhanden für 15,00 Euro Aufpreis. Preis-Leistung sehr gut. Absolut empfehlenswert. Das einzig negative: wenige Parkplätze und sehr knapp zum Ein-Ausfahren.

Très belle chambre avec vue sur la mer. literie confortable avec oreillers supplémentaires. Il manquerait juste de quoi poser les trousses de toilettes dans la salle de bain et un porte serviettes autre que le radiateur séchant. Le petit déjeuner se prend dans l'hôtel Miramare juste à côté (traverser le parking) qui fait partie de la même suite d'hôtels. Luxury suites propose 3 gammes de prix avec 3 bâtiments différents : Miramare noté 5 étoiles où se prend le petit déjeuner sur une terrasse face à la mer. un second établissement et un dernier où nous avons séjourné. L'hôtel dispose de places de parking à l'intérieur de l'enceinte (fermé avec portail) un peu juste cependant. l'accueil est super, chambre très propre, bien insonorisée. L'emplacement est parfait, à peine 50 m de la zone piétonne et de la plage.

Hotel, Service und Frühstück sind okay. Für eine Übernachtung auf der Durchreise reicht's. 136,- Euro für das Doppelzimmer. Immerhin liegt es dicht am Meer. In der Nähe ist ein Supermarkt, aber wenig nette Restaurants.

Hotel moderno, pulito, comodo da raggiungere e posizionato in maniera comoda per il centro città. Confortevole, camere spaziose e ben arredate. Personale gentile e premuroso. Offre un parcheggio a pagamento che stona un po' perché proprio a servizio della struttura.

Struttura appatentemente ben tenuta, pessima sorpresa all'ingresso in camera: pavimenti rovinati, intonaci saltati e fughe sporche... È un peccato per una struttura piccola ma dalle grandi potenzialità essere così malconcia.... Alla mia segnalazione all'arrivo mi è stato detto che era l'unica soluzione disponibile, che ne erano a conoscenza e dovranno fare i lavori... Ma nel frattempo la camera viene venduta così... Pessimo rapporto qualità/prezzo e camera non il linea con gli standard che dovrebbe garantire una simile struttura. Nota positiva, il personale della colazione gentilissimo e dispiaciuto per l'accaduto.
