We went for the second time, my friend from San Remasco who lives in Milan and Cocker Diana. We had a great time, excellent welcome, young, friendly and attentive owners. Beautiful, well-made rooms, spotlessly clean. Coffee machine, water boiler, croissants, various herbal teas are available. Minibar and safe. When we return to Sanremo we will go there again

My wife and I thought it was excellent. The rooms were very very clean, and spacious. The automatic check-in was easy. Plenty of towels. Even the TV was large. Located right in the center, with fantastic restaurants like 5 steps from the entrance. My wife and I enjoyed the first night so much, we decided to stay a second night. For the price, it would be hard to do better. We would definitely stay there again.

Very good hotel, well located, attentive staff. The hotel is in the heart of the city, 300 meters from the sea and the car parks, but very quiet. Good value for money. The little travel cot for baby and the bonus kettle for the bottle. The only problem for us is the lack of elevator for the stroller and luggage but that's a detail. THANKS !

We kind of got a bad feeling from arrival at the Hotel when we were told they don’t provide assistance with luggage, 16 stairs to climb with luggage was not a good start while the two front office staff sat behind the counter offering no assistance or help. This was followed by a issue in regards to beach access, the hotel web site states beach access courtesy of Hotel, be but we were informed they charge 45 EUR a day, the young girl girl working at the reception told us this is alway a problem with guests and the hotel should update its website. In the end we walked across the road to the club to find they only charge 22 EUR a day for two sun beds and an umbrella, it seems the hotel puts a 100% mark up on the price they charge. In the end we walked 300 meters along the beach and found a great beach club charging 14 EUR for two guests and spent our week there with a better beach and great restaurant and bar for lunch. Rooms are good size and bright but the hotel is poorly managed with staff not providing any levels of service. Breakfast is poor and impossible to get coffee. HK vacuuming corridors outside guest rooms late at night, all showing little management of the hotel. There are better options including Hotels with pools that we will book for our next visit to beautiful Sanremo.

The stay went very well, the sea view room was wonderful, I liked the location because it is close to the beaches, close to the center. The staff is nice, the structure has a very convenient reserved parking. I would definitely go back to them.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel ! Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement par les réceptionnistes, qui ont su nous donner d'excellents conseils pour profiter pleinement de notre séjour. Le petit-déjeuner est copieux et le café est tout simplement délicieux. La chambre était spacieuse, avec une salle de bain très fonctionnelle. Mention spéciale pour le balcon avec vue sur la mer, un véritable atout qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. Nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel et y reviendrons sans hésiter !

The hotel is located near the old town, and the rooms on the highest floor are good even if there is no sea view. The view of the coffee bar on the roof is even better. The room facilities are good and the price/performance ratio is very good. One of the waitresses at breakfast seemed to have an unfriendly attitude. Maybe she thought we ate too much? Ha ha. Menton was a surprise for us, it is very beautiful. If you don’t have luggage, you can take the train to the station further north, and then walk along the seaside avenue to the old town, so you don’t have to walk back and forth on the beautiful but long coastal road twice.

GGuest UserSehr saubere, neu renovierte Zimmer. Superschöne Gartenanlage mit Terrasse und toller Aussicht. Frühstücksbuffet ausreichend. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Parkplätze im Hotelgelände, der Strand ist in 5min zu Fuß erreichbar, in die Stadt hinein ca 30 min. Weshalb wir mit dem Auto zum Abendessen fuhren. Sehr schönes kleines Hotel(20 Zimmer) das Nebengebäude wird gerade renoviert dann kommen noch mal 60 Zimmer dazu. Das einzige negative war das Klappbett für unsere Tochter das war sehr klein und unbequem selbst für ein Kind.

GGuest UserFantastico, come posizione, a 50 MT dallo struscio, e 200 dal parcheggio e dalla stazione. Camere pulitissime e accessoriate di tutto, appena si entra si respira un odore di pulito che infonde subito una bella sensazione, materassi comodi e ambiente silenzioso e tranquillo, insomma ottimo in tutto e per tutto, sono stato in molti alberghi in giro per il mondo ma raramente mi sono trovato bene come in questo ”affittacamere” ho messo tra virgolette perché certe volte si dà poca fiducia a questo genere di location, invece si possono trovare delle mosche bianche come questa e vi assicuro che non sto scherzando, naturalmente camere con TV, aria climatizzata e frigo Il ragazzo alla reception è gentilissimo e insomma, non riesco a trovare un difetto. Da provare ad occhi chiusi.

Very clean room, modernly furnished. Greatly equipped with several towels, snack and water in the refrigerator. Air conditioning and TV available. Parking is a matter of public possibilities, with regard to park ban zones and markets. Room Color a little loud, as close to the entrance and the street / pedestrian zone you hear clearly in the night, here maybe a few acoustic panels for the wall and another castle for the top main entrance would be a solution. Check in time agreed, punctual delivery. Process unusual but no problem at all, it all worked as expected. Breakfast in the cafe a few meters further was simply but very delicious and uncomplicated. The lady was very friendly, speaks flowingly Italian, English and German. If you are friendly, you normally get friendlyness back. The bad reviews I cannot understand, the hotel is definitely very recommendable. Booking we made via a portal with payment online, so there were no problems with cash payment.

FFBAB24Très belle chambre avec vue sur la mer. literie confortable avec oreillers supplémentaires. Il manquerait juste de quoi poser les trousses de toilettes dans la salle de bain et un porte serviettes autre que le radiateur séchant. Le petit déjeuner se prend dans l'hôtel Miramare juste à côté (traverser le parking) qui fait partie de la même suite d'hôtels. Luxury suites propose 3 gammes de prix avec 3 bâtiments différents : Miramare noté 5 étoiles où se prend le petit déjeuner sur une terrasse face à la mer. un second établissement et un dernier où nous avons séjourné. L'hôtel dispose de places de parking à l'intérieur de l'enceinte (fermé avec portail) un peu juste cependant. l'accueil est super, chambre très propre, bien insonorisée. L'emplacement est parfait, à peine 50 m de la zone piétonne et de la plage.

GGuest UserI was a guest of this structure that has a strategic position at the rear of the Ariston Theatre, the house was super clean and the maximum availability and also instructions to enter and exit. I only chose a little apartment but at the end I had little to work, but I was a little bit hard to work, but I'll be better off next time. I'm noticed that the lock was defect and I only managed to enter the box with the backkey, which was kept next to the entrance. Thank you for everything. I'll be happy to come back.

GGuest Userun posto veramente bello. La Signora che lo gestisce e che credo sia la proprietaria è stupenda e gentilissima. L'hotel è solo un tre stelle ma secondo me vale molto di più. Le camere sono spaziose e quelle con il terrazzo sono veramente belle ed anche curate. La pulizia è impeccabile. La colazione è ottima e varia tra dolce e salto. L'accoglienza per i motociclisti è favolosa; e che dire della piscina... un plus da fare invidia ai 5 stelle. Siamo stati cosi bene che ho riprenotato un altro week end per agosto...

Massive modern bathroom with large walk in shower. Always ample hot water. Loads of fresh white towels, 4 bath, 4 hand & more. Ample loo roll. Main room was kitchen/ diner combined with a made up double sofa bed in it and doors leading to balcony. Hob & oven fine. An assortment of basic cookware. Nice sea view over the rooftops. Hairdryer in bathroom was good. 5 mins downhill walk to supermarket, pharmacy, bars & nearest shops. Steep uphill hike on return!. Cons: no full length mirror, no dressing table, no corkscrew or bottle opener. No kettle ( i used a saucepan for water boiling) or iron. No sharp knives for cutting bread or prepping veg. No ice cube tray. No teatowel or washing up stuff. No brush to sweep up with. Only 3 coathangers. Not a ball breaker but worth considering when packing!...take a corkscrew, icecube tray coathangers teatowel dishcloth & sharp kitchen knife. I found check in diffic ult being on my own with a heavy suitcase...up alot of stairs. You then need a taxi to the apartment from check in place...unless u are driving. Also it simply isn't possible to check in before 3pm. Dont let the shoddy dirty check in building deter you...apartment is much nicer once inside. About 1&1/2km from the marina & main seafront area with shops bars restaurants & cafes all the way. Ideal apt for a couple.
