ME ESTAFARON!! Realicé una reservación para Mayo, cancelada anticipadamente, el día de la reservación llamé a consultar por el parqueo y me indicaron que no tenían registrada mi reservación y que la habitación reservada estaba fuera de servicio o que la podía usar, pero que no tenía agua caliente, vieron que fue un error de comunicación interna, por lo que quedaron de reservarme nuevamente o si no era posible, realizarme la devolución, a la fecha de hoy, no obtuve ninguna de las dos....... Definitivamente no recomiendo el lugar menos con la nueva administración. Adicional, tienen un pésimo servicio al cliente, no se embarquen...

I showed up with my family after paying a deposit in February for half of one night (it’s May 31), and the young adult who opened the gate said there were no clean rooms/no working hotel!! And when I showed him my receipt that I paid a deposit and the woman’s name who took it, he said no one by that name worked there!! It’s not a lot of money, but that’s not the point. I GOT SCAMMED by this “hotel”! And I had to find another place for my family to stay. I suggest Trip Advisor take this place of its list or put a warning on it.

Customer service at this hotel is absolutely disappointing now.. I've never made a review about any establishment like this, but they really pushed it.. this place was awesome for years, but now the new management really don't understand the concept of caring about their customers.. they really do not care.. its unfortunate to see a good thing come to an end.
