Destacamos la atención de Mauricio que nos dió un trato muy humano y dedicado, al igual que las chicas que nos traían el café en el desayuno. Todos muy atentos y cordiales, brindándonos ayuda en todo momento. Estuvimos con mí pareja en Vecchia Oliva (los departamentos monoambientes) el cual brindaba todas las comodidades como una pava eléctrica, un microondas, hasta una mesa con rueditas y dos banquetas que se podían desplazar hacia afuera (para no ocupar espacio). Lo que más nos sorprendió es que hizo temperaturas de más de 34 grados, y nos dijeron que teníamos el servicio de piscina y gimnasio incluídos (Pensábamos que al alojarnos en un monoambiente no podíamos acceder) y fue realmente gratificante quedarnos en la pileta refrescándonos con tan altas temperaturas. Estamos muy contentos con este hospedaje y esperamos volver pronto, son duda volveríamos a elegirlos.

Un hotel hermoso!! El diseño muy bien. La ubicación es excelente. Desayuno, limpieza y cordialidad de todos los empleados. Destacar al gte comercial mauro que es muy atento. No usamos el spa pero gente fuera del hotel nos comento que es muy bueno! Volvería en otro viaje sin dudarlo.

Estuvimos tres noches en el hotel como parte de una visita a Mendoza. En general la experiencia fue muy buena: infraestructura del hotel, desayuno, atención del staff. Una experiencia para recomendar. Como punto que se podría mejorar señalo el equipamiento de la cocina.

Excelente atención! Bien ubicado y riquisimo desayuno, muy completo. Muy recomendable !! Pasamos 3 días, nos orientaron para las excursiones, bodegas y lugares para recorrer y comer. La piscina climatizada vino muy bien para final del día cansados.

Hermoso todo!, la atención de Mauro, Pilar, Karen, Mauricio, Aldana y Francisco, entre otros, es excelente!!!!!, realmente todo es muy bueno, limpieza, desayuno, comedor, el lugar multiespacio, donde esta el spa, la pileta y el jacuzzi, están hasta el mínimo detalle, lo recomiendo totalmente, nos dieron un dto precioso, amplio, todo nuevo y seguro que si vuelvo a San Rafael, me voy a alojar en el Terra Vecchia, pasamos unos días hermosos!!!!

Es excelente en todo sentido: amplio, cómodo, buen gusto en la decoración, todo impecable, están en todos los detalles, el desayuno es espectacular y el personal es muy amable. Constantemente están chequeando que estés bien, que no te falte nada. Lo súper recomiendo.
