Sant Pol is not flush with hotels, but by far this one is perfect if you are staying in the town. Welcome is unreserved, and although (shamefully) we speak no Spanish the reception staff helped and advised on every aspect of our stay. It is functional, but that is cruel, because it works. No frills, but totally unpretentious. Breakfast is good ( although like all Spanish bacon it seemed only just to have been sliced off the pig and waved near a radiator.). Brilliant air conditioning. Very, very comfortable beds and plenty of storage in the rooms. All have lovely sea views. Hotel is at the top of a short steep hill but you climb it only twice a day. Would recommend.

This is a very basic holiday hotel. Beds were good but bedlinen was not ironed and did not have a fresh look or feel. Radiator in bedroom - quite old fashioned but far too hot during the night. Bathroom basic but adequate. Staff exceptional. Very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was good though hot dishes were not hot. It was not expensive to stay. We had a sea view but lower room which looked out over buildings in front of hotel to sea beyond. The village is small. Not many places to eat.

Troisième fois que je fais étape dans cet hôtel et je suis surpris par certains commentaires. Il est vrai que les locaux auraient besoin d'être rafraichis. Il est vrai que le service au restaurant est perfectible, mais les élèves sont en règle générale de bonne volonté. Mais par contre il est difficile de trouver un meilleur rapport qualité/prix dans le secteur.

Nos decepcionó creímos que un hotel escuela estaría más actualizado , la terraza y sus vistas son buenas pero las habitaciones justitas, ni tan siquiera una butaca para sentarse ,carece de nevera aso como de una mínima decoración que haga la habitacion algo acogedora

Para entender la estancia hay que saber que este hotel se fundó como escuela de hostelería en los años 60, en pleno desarrollismo franquista. Y desde entonces no se ha hecho una reforma. Así que para entender el concepto es lo que todos conocemos como calidad de residencia de estudiantes / colegio mayor. El edificio está viejo, las habitaciones son espartanas a tope y los baños son del año de la tos. ¿Por qué entonces le doy cuatro estrellas? Localización inmejorable. Personal amable. Muchísima flexibilidad con los perros, en la práctica como si estuviesen en casa. Limpieza total, y muy buen servicio de habitaciones. En resumen, no es para ti si necesitas un hotel recién reformado en el que hacerte fotos para Instagram. Si quieres un verano tranquilo a la vieja usanza, no lo dudes. Ah!! Y rodeado de restaurantes buenísimos en el pueblo.

Nous avons réservé pour le grand prix de Barcelone, on est à 20 min du circuit, ce qui est appréciable de profiter du calme avec une belle vue mer après le tumulte du circuit. C’est un super hôtel, la vue est magnifique, le personnel agréable, il faudrait juste changer le mobilier des chambres qui est vraiment dégradé et très ancien ( mais la literie est confortable). Le petit déjeuner est très complet en libre service Le restaurant d’application est parfait pour 27€ :apéritif, entrée, plat et dessert Le village est vraiment sympa et animé le soir, il y a le train à 5 mn à pied qui mène à Barcelone Pour finir le prix petit déjeuner inclus est de 100€/nuit pendant le grand prix C’est une adresse à retenir

C'est une école où les élèves payent cher pour apprendre et on les laisse seuls sans responsable de salle. Mes critiques correspondent à l'endroit selon les règles d'un bon établissement. Service on passe devant vous pour servir le vin, et les plats. Ils ne servent pas les femmes en premier. Dans le menu un verre de vin rouge proposé, pas de présentation de la bouteille , le serveur ne savait pas si le vin était espagnol ou pas. Cuisine plat soit trop salé ou sans goût. J'ai pris un plat avec du porc sur une purée avec un œuf moelleux dessus. Assiette froide puree figée froide, le seveur me reprend mon assiette et revient avec celle ci passée au micro-ondes... L'oeuf était Cuit,, une catastrophe pour moi et mes amis de même avec le poisson et sauce froide. Je n'ai aucune animosité contre les serveurs mais par contre pour la direction qui encaisse le cout des etudes et ne les forme pas.
