In my opinion when it comes to hotels. The first thing is hygiene. Then the reception. In this hostel, everything is fine. The reception was wonderful on the part of the host. Cleanliness is acceptable with request for improvement. The morning breakfast was wonderful and complete. The location was quiet which is a great choice.

I was recently in Bologna on business and booked a room directly with the hotel via email. I was informed of the rate and I informed the hotel that I would be arriving late because of my flight. I did not receive a reply to this but assumed the room was booked anyway. I was not asked for my credit card details, but I imagined I could pay on site. Much to my surprise, when I arrived, no room was booked. I had to pay an extra €35 for a room at another hotel in the centre of the city and a taxi fare there of €24.75. When I asked the hotel for a refund of the taxi fare and the difference from the room at the Hotel Brianza and the one I stayed in, they refused and said that the staff had already gone out of their way to help me. Arriving in a foreign country at night and being treated like this is completely unacceptable and the hotel should be made accountable for the extra money I had to pay. However, I do not know who to complain to - any help as to how I can get the refund would be much appreciated!

An excellent structure, excellent value for money, excellent for those who go to the Bologna fair, more inconvenient for those who have to visit the city. Public transport stop near the hotel but with a service that is nothing short of catastrophic, with heavy and repeated delays, then it is difficult to buy a ticket on board if you don't have coins, only a few cards are accepted and, today, a card can only make one ticket . If the inspectors find you without a ticket, they don't want to listen to reason and fine you 75 euros, a shameful service for such a beautiful and rich city.

The breakfast was not bad, the hotel is a bit away from the exhibition, but the overall price/performance ratio is very good. No extra bed is allowed in the room, and there is a free parking lot for staying guests.

The hotel is in a good location to reach the centre by car. It is immediately reached because it is at the outgang 7a of the Bologna tangential. It is equipped with a good parking. The room is a bit dated but with everything. I found some strange spots on the pillow, on the ground and in the bathroom. Excellent heating. Abundant and varied breakfast. Although many products are packed. For expense, if booked in offer, this facility is worth all the money you give. I recommend you very much and I recommend you to the facility only a little more attention in cleaning.

We were at the end of a Tuscany train tour and this was just the relaxation and peace that we needed. Small but adequate cabin with shower room. Good aircon. You have to pay 5 euros to use the pool but it has long opening hours and the sun loungers are comfortable not those horrible plastic ones and umbrellas are included, the pool so clean and a attendant at all times, so all in all I thought this was good value. The restaurant/bar had decent opening times. Food was good, we had a wonderful beef steak that we really were not expecting. Pizza's excellent too, I watched the pizza chef making all the dough, so very home made and fresh. The chips/fries were delicious, not your normal frozen type and all dishes at reasonable prices. Try the wine by the litre, very good quality. We found all the staff to be very helpful and friendly. Have only good things to say about the place and would definitely stay there again.
